Went to Elle Mio in Moncton for the first time today and had an amazing experience. The woman that helped me was very knowledgeable and sized me into a bra that fit perfectly (I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a 5 star review as well). It was my first time ever being fitted properly. Elle Mio certainly gets all of my future business as well as a 5 star review and highly recommend to everyone.

I sent an email on May 6th about the terrible experience I had at your store on May 5thToday is May 16th with zero contact from anyoneWorst Customer ServiceDo Not Waste your MoneyAs per your claiming I made False Accusations about your Lack OfCustomer Service. I emailed you May 6No reply until a FB message telling me when to call you!I didn't have time that day, nor should I be the one to keep reaching outThe ONLY reason you have attempted to call me 3x (2 times May 17th & 1 time today) is because I left a poor review You waited 9 days to call me Obviously, your concern is the $$$ & not your customersSo please stop!

I went in for a bra fitting, I've always struggled to find a good fitting bra. The lady who helped me was very nice & knowledgeable, I'm so happy to say I have finally found some great bras that fit! I will be back & will recommend to my friends :

Visited for a bra fitting and to look for a quality, comfortable bra. The staff were very attentive, they were able to get me into a fitting room and get me sized extremely quickly. After getting my size they brought me several options to try on to ensure I found one that was comfortable and my style. Great experience overall! My only criticism would be that it is quite the pricy spot, the one bra I purchased did end up being around $140, however it is great quality.

It was my first time going to Elle Mio for a bra fitting and I had such a great experience! The sales associate was so knowledgeable and very helpful. Once you experience a proper bra fitting at Elle Mio, you'll never want to go back to those other stores!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff with options to suit literally anyone’s taste/needs. The difference in wearing a bra that’s been measured and fitted properly is life changing!! The fact that you can special order specific styles and colours if they don’t have it in store is just a bonus
