We have used this company to install countertops and undermount sink, the sink was installed with no brackets, just glued and now it has detached from the countertop. Tried calling many times but no answer.

Luxfancy just completed a 3-piece installation of white quartz counters in my mid-reno kitchen. The stone is exactly what I picked out, the price was very reasonable, the turn around was faster than promised, the installation team was professional and personable, and they cleaned everything up after they were done. I could not be happier with the company, the people I dealt with, or the finished product. Thank you very much Jacky and team. We'll chat again for the new house.

DO NOT USE!! I had Jacky and his team install a quartz countertop for us and only 2 years later it started cracking in the corner. The crack is now about 7 inches long. I've spoke with Jacky numerous times and he told me that he would be out to fix it. He never came and told me that is was my house settling. My house is 60 years old and is not settling. I got a professional to come take a look and he said the countertop was not supported in the corner and is why it cracked.I a now having to pay for a whole new countertop. Save your money and hire true professionals who will do the job correctly the first time.

Used to be a great company. After lots of work with them I'm not too happy with this company.Called them several times over the last month and a half to have counter tops replaced. They don't return calls.They installed 2 different slabs of quartz. The counter tops were not what we agreed upon.Pricing is on the high end as well. Be careful.This has been very upsetting for me.
