It was VERY expensive to get this guy to fix one small hole with tar and replace one section of ridge cap (15 ft), as well to go into attic to spray 3 small areas. It was $1500 for 2hours max. I know the 4 shingle bundles he picked up were more than he needed and he admitted they were about $60/bundle. Not sure but I got the feeling I was paying twice because another business referred him to me.

Professional attitude and installation. Showed me pictures of their dogs (sure sign of a quality outfit). As soon as they started, they were working. The rain delayed some work but as soon as the skies cleared they were back at it.At the end of each day, they cleaned and tidied things so we weren't tripping over old roof or slipping on chunks of moss. Tools weren't left lying around. They told us when they were taking off the roof so we knew to bring the pets in. All the little things that you would want done by professionals doing a big job on your house were seen to.Would I use this company for future roof repairs or replacement on my properties? Absolutely, yes.
