Union Pumps & Water Treatment

We have been with Union for over 20 years, and until recently have been very satisfied. Three months ago we went in, spoke to Brent, showed photos of an orange slime in our toilet tanks, as well a different water taste. We were told someone would be out in a week…still waiting.

Don’t go anywhere else but Union, they go way beyond the competition when it comes to service. The rest of the service industry in general should should follow their example. Great people to deal with.

Fast , friendly , and courteous staff ! Needed a well pressure tank replacement immediately . A technician was sent over in 15 minutes. That's right , 15 minutes ! A replacement tank installation was scheduled the same day even though they were extremely busy . Less than a couple hours later they were back with a new tank . Alissa , Eyal , and Brent were all fantastic and very reasonable with cost . I would absolutely recommend them for all your well water needs ! Thanks again guys !!!

Union Pumps saved the day. Had no water coming into the house over the weekend and thought our well pump had failed. Monday morning Eyal and Chad from Union Pumps showed up and started installing a new pump which we definitely needed as the old one had been limping along. Once in, Eyal and Chad informed us it was working fine but our well was dry. We were the second well in our street to run dry. These two hard working guys left no stones unturned trying to figure something out for us, running back to the warehouse late in the afternoon bringing in one more part that may reach the little bit of water that was in the well. At the end of a long day Eyal and Chad did the unthinkable.....getting water back into the house. Such a quick thinking, knowledgeable crew. Highly recommend. They know their stuff and are a pleasure to deal with. A+

If you have a problem with a well that gives off a sulphur smell, or has other impurities such as iron or manganese. I have learned from Brent at Union Pumps, that all they need is a water sample. Then they set me up with the equipment and guidance needed to treat the water. So well that you wouldn’t believe the difference after installing a cistern with aeration, then running it through a green sand filter. We needed a new water treatment plant that would service approximately 40 homes. Our water has a very high iron content that slowly gave all clothes washed in it a red / orange hue. Union pumps was very helpful in completing my well water processing. I have very nasty well water, but with help my tap water is crystal clear, has no smell and has no bacteria or harmful pathogens in it. Highly recommend.
