If you are a tenant for any location with Thompson Asset Management I feel bad for you. I lived in one of their rented homes and it looked nice at first but a huge list of issues arose within only the first few months of living there. They are the worst at responding to you let alone trying to get ahold of someone and will send their people to “fix” what’s wrong at random times without telling you or they just don't show up. For example, we had no heat for two weeks while it was 8 degrees out, the doors didn’t fully lock for the first month of us moving, and the closest doors would always fall off. Be careful renting with them...

No don't rent from them, I have nothing but problems renting with them since the beginning. Horrible company and management team.

Don’t waste your time, completely unprofessional.Had an appointment scheduled for 4:45pm, took a cab all the way from maidstone to view a apartment and the agent never showed up. No phone calls or texts to let us know they won’t be showing up, waited 30+ minutes and still nothing. Don’t even bother wasting your time with this company.

I do not recommend Thompson Asset Management LTD as a property manager to any landlords looking for new tenants. I bought a rental property in Windsor and selected them to find my potential tenants as I am located in Toronto. They failed to do the basic screening process in finding a tenant. They were more keen on getting 'a cut' from the lease agreement. I am now left with tenants who owe me 8+ months worth of rent. They have done nothing to assist and have ignored my inquiries. Please stay away from this money hungry business. If only I could give a 0 star...

Solid property management company - rely on them quite a bit for my out of town investments and they have not let me down. They are quick to get properties rented out, stay on top of tenants and ensure property is kept up to date / in good quality. Great service / responsiveness from their team who are quick to create watsapp group chats which is very useful.

Out of touch and dont care.We had an appointment to look at a local listing and waited over 20 minutes for the agent to show us the listing. No calls. No Text. Nothing. Called the agency directly and they told us who should be showing it to us and, confirmed their time and told us that they will look into it and call us back. Ten minutes later, still didnt call us back. I reached out again and the agency texted in response after ringing out to voicemail. After telling them that we have been waiting for over half an hour with NO update, we received NO response even up the point of this review. Unprofessional.In short, they dont care about your time so dont waste yours.
