Oil change was a bit more expensive than going to Mr Lube but they took me short notice and fixed a problem causing the driver door to not latch properly for free, easily offsetting the slightly higher price. Friendly staff. No reason to not recommend.

My first stop for all of my vehicular needs. Owner Craig is super smart, and extremely reasonable and friendly. With this kind of customer service, I can see this business expanding! Thank You Mr. Thompson for great value in Marmora!

Can't say enough about this place or the people working there. My wife and I had brake problems at the start of our vacation on August 30th. I was so glad I was able to find Thompson's Auto .. they were able to take us immediately which was lucky. Craig checked the brakes and was able to access the problem, letting us know what the issue was. They had my wife and I in a position where they could have asked anything and we would have had no choice but to get the work done. Craig was honest he only replaced what had to be replaced .... it ended up being a seized caliper.... and the repair cost was beyond reasonable.Thank you Craig and your team, you saved our vacation.As I said before I cannot recommend this garage enough, only wished I lived closer because they would have all my business.

We live in New Brunswick and visited the GTA recently. We left the GTA on June 15, 2023 and used highway 115 to Peterborough and then highway 7 east. At some point a part of the belly pan under the car fell off. A Google search identified a few locations. We decided to call THOMSON’S Automotive in MARMORA, and explained our situation. The person who answered was extremely understanding and was willing to help us. He guided us to the garage and within a very short time resolved our issue and we were on our way again. My wife and I are most grateful to the manager and staff of THOMSON’S Automotive in Marmora for providing EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
