Fantastic selection of jewellery and clothing. Great price for delicate beautiful pieces and loved the engraving. The staff were really friendly. The engraving was quick, went on a walk to a couple more shops and they called me to pick up my engraved necklace. It's really beautiful and I will treasure it!

Harmony is the perfect place to get a customized gift! They have curated a great collection of jewellery that is timeless and trendy (as if that's possible?!) with great locally printed clothes and cards!Each time I've gone to either location, the staff have been very helpful and are keen to help you find what you're looking for and provide recommendations. The price-points for some items are fairly (and surprisingly) expensive, but overall there is a good price range.

Edit - I just wanted to add that customer service was amazing, apologized, and addressed the issue quickly, so I've changed my rating.I had purchased a gift online for my girlfriend's birthday and selected the pick up in store option to save the $10 shipping. My girlfriend works in Guelph while I work out of town so I thought she could pick it up after work and save the $10.I wrote in the customers note explaining the situation and that I would like the item to be packaged in a way that she doesn't know what is inside. They then called the next day to confirm that my order was ready to be picked up. During this conversation I asked if they received the note and quickly reiterated what I wanted just to make sure nothing was misunderstood.When my girlfriend arrived to pick up the item the receipt was on the outside of the package which included the price of the item along with what is inside. Not only this but the cashier said what the item was while they were checking her ID.This may not be a big deal to some, but with clear instructions in the customers notes and mentioning ita second time on the phone I was disappointed in the customer service at this location.Overall, while on the phone with them they were very polite, but I wish they would be more cautious/ considerate with specific requests.

Literally the nicest bunch of employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Everyone here was super willing and accommodating to work with.They accepted a rush order before I had to travel and the outcome was absolutely gorgeous and prettier then I ever could have imagined!100/10 experience and will definitely work with them again! Such beautiful jewelry with a variety of options. Also it's ethically sourced and reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.

Never buying jewelry from here again.Two days of wearing my brand new earrings:1) it is so difficult to put in the backing that it ends up bending the metal, multiple times, because of how weak it is. I've even switched to a rubber backing to try it out and it still bends it as I'm trying to secure it. Super weak metal and I'm scared it will break soon.2) I was told they are hypoallergenic yet at the end of the day my ears are sore, waxy and red, so they are reacting to something in the earrings.3) There are scratches on the part that enters the ears, which further irritate my ears on top of the reaction.$20 wasted... I would leave a 1 star but the employee was super friendly at least. The clothing and the mugs are super cute as well! Just super sad about the earrings :(

I went in to the store to try and find the PERFECT graduation gift for my daughter. I wanted something unique and special. I spoke with Kaylee and she took her time discussing things with me, what I wanted, what they could offer, giving me MANY options to choose from. We finally figured out the PERFECT gift and she created the most magically gorgeous piece of jewelry that my VERY picky 14 year old LOVES!! Thank you so much for the dedication you put towards not just your customer service but also to the piece you created for us! I wish we could give you more than 5 stars because I would!!!

Love this shop! It's been evolving over the years which is good for them! I miss some of their older stuff, but things change with time. The thing that has not changed is their customer service and friendly service. I love going in there, the staff is always lovely and I can't wait to come back down and visit! Love their perfumes especially.

I always have a great in-store experience at both locations - beautiful items, well stocked, and staff are very helpful especially through Covid restrictions. Recently ordered the self-care necklace in silver for a gift and was really impressed with quality and packaging. Both designs on front and back were crisply engraved and necklace was polished and sealed in an protective baggy in a cute gift box to ensure it would arrive sparkling to my friend. Such a great store for special gift giving!
