Harrison did a great job inspecting my new home! I was hesitant about hiring an inspector for a new build since they're already city inspected and 'new', but I am so glad I did! He was able to identify several issues that I could have addressed by the builder during my warranty period and also made very knowledgable recommendations moving forward to maintain my home. I would highly recommend Harrison to anyone buying a home, old or new!
