Tim was thorough and prompt. He is not an alarmist and he explains things in a way that anyone can understand. I am not an expert in home construction/repair - but Tim explained things to my level so I knew what was going on. Reasonably priced too. Would use him again in a minute

Tim did a home inspection for me today, for a home I want to purchase. He provided same day service! He was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I learned things about the home I wouldn’t have known without the inspection. He checked out Everything!! He went into the crawl space, the attic, upon the roof, the garage,..etc. and provided so much helpful information. He was very honest in his observations and his prices are more than fair.

Had Tim do our home inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. As he did the inspection he explained everything he saw and provided home owner up keep tips. Tim is the best! I had two homes inspected by him and he was a joy to work with each time. The first property turned out to have so many issues that I wouldn’t have found on my own and he saved me from buying it by being straight up and honest about the tens of thousands of dollars in repairs I would have to do. His rates are a bargain and honestly the best money I’ve ever spent! Would recommend this company to everyone.

We had our home inspected by Tim back in early May - he was thorough, knowledgeable, and informative along the way. I felt confident with the home we were buying as we checked every detail. The report Tim provides is an all inclusive summary of the entire house, along with recommendations for any fixes/improvements, immediate or future.Fast forward to 2 months later. Our sump pump had failed and filled our basement with a considerable amount of rainwater after heavy storms. The first person I called was Tim, who answered while on vacation. After referencing the report he wrote, he was able to make a recommendation for me to fix within our 10 minute phone call. I had the problem resolved within the hour.
