You know you've met someone excellent not just by how efficient & effective they are, but also by how they manage the inevitable hiccups. Iris @Polar Bear Travel is that person. She respected my budget, handled my mobility issues & accommodation with grace & even when the airline threw a curveball she took care of things impressively.
