Like the variety but quality isnt always 100 percent. Bought some outfits that wore well and some that threads loose after one wearing. Boots wreck easy too. Lots of great stuff there too - just check quality before you purchase

Very, very good prices. Reasonable quality items. Been about 4 times and there seems to be an endless sale on where everything is always 40% off. I was told it's because they're an outlet store. Either way, very good prices!

Nice they have different deals, bogo or buy 1 get one 1$, more of a younger generation store, but few nice things for the mid age customer, staff are friendly, lots to pick from, clothes, accessories, shoes, boots, jewlery, scarfs, hats, PJs ect

Good prices, the staff were lovely, always looks a little cluttered but they have lots of stuff.

I live shopping at Ardenes. They have there buy one get the second pair 50% Off. But unfortunately They didn't have my style of jeans but they were all kind it was clean.

While I feel Ardene has an over abundance of crop tops, I enjoy shopping here for all the other stuff. Young staff working here are very nice. I will miss this great downtown store when they change the mall. Not enough good stores in walking distance of downtown.Btw. The person that complained about not being able to try earrings on…. You can’t try earrings on anywhere. It’s a health hazard.

Great place to shop. Friendly helpful staff that give you time to browse, but let you know that they are there to help.

I have been there a lot of times and my experience was always good until a few days back. They have an elderly woman who is very rude. I was checking out a pair of earrings which costed around 6.50. I tried them on because i have seen people doing that 100 times in that shop. Previously i had never tried on anything. And then i was watching something else, and that elderly lady said bcoz i have tried it on, she cannot put it back on the stands. She didnt force me to purchase but yes her attitude made me feel sick. And the look on her face was very disgusting. Whereas i could see other jewelleries on the stand almost devastated. There was no cautionary board saying that you cant try on anything. I paid for the ear ring and bought it but i still didnt understand why she did that. Will never go back and ask people not to visit. Though prices are cheap but you will always find defective things especially in jewellery and shoes section. Extremely bad customer service. If this continues, anyways they will close soon.

went here to get clothing for my girlfriend was a bit nervous but with the help of the energetic and outgoing lady named grace I had no problems at all! She helped me find everything that I was looking for and even showed me all the great deals. Great customer service skills, was very impressed will return again
