好几个烘干机问题很大，烘不干衣服。网络报修好几次还是出问题。冬天暖气给不上去，空调开大风就是冷风必须得设置成自动才有小量暖风。而且工作人员说是室温最高只能到24度。

It is so hot in this building even in October! The building is only capable of heating or cooling. This means that it is switched to heat very early in the year. Even with the heat turned off in our unit and all the windows open with fans to circulate air the building reaches 25+ degrees. I find it incredible that a new building cannot switch between heat and cool on a per unit basis. If you run hot you should absolutely avoid staying here. The fact that you pay 1000$ a month and cant simply unacceptable.Additionally they said that the amenities would be finished by the end of September, it is the end of October and they don't seem close to opening.

A wonderful place to live, best location. I love it.

The units look fantastic, it’s nice to be in a new property. Some delays with the lobby but at least accommodations weren’t delayed.
