I would suggest anyone looking to find a trusted auto mechanic to please go see Ben at Bam Automotive. Ben and his team are reliable, trust worthy and honest. I got recommended by a friend and since then have visited Ben on four occasion. My Ford Escape is aging and needs some TLC and each time Ben/ Bam Automotive have put some life back in that SUV. I recently had my sub-frame replaced and Bam Automotive completed the task exactly what he quoted me at. Fair, Honest and Friendly are the exact words I will use to describe.

Ben was right on top of the game from the get go. He laid out some options and went in on the diagnostic work and came out with a plan that came in under estimate. Great work from great vehicle knowledge and that means great customer experience! No hesitation to refer!!!

We've been going to Ben for 7 or even more years for all our vehicle servicing and have always obtained top notch service. The only downside is that he's located in an unpaved parking lot and after a rainstorm, the car can get pretty muddy! Drive slowly.

Excellent service and best shop in the west/south end. If you're searching for an honest and courteous automotive shop, BAM Automotive is what you've been looking for. No job too small-they took me in last minute on a weekday morning for a tire changeover and oil change!

Very trustworthy!! Ben doesn't recommend anything be replaced before it's time. Very fair pricing with no extras added on. Ben is very clear regarding what he is doing and what it will cost. He also makes the effort to make sure the customer service is great! Actually becomes friends with his clients.
