Staff is very slack. Cashier number one was asking about donations and my cashier didn't even bother which I found a little odd. Slightly overpriced. Other than that its a nice layout and plenty of products to choose from!

In this store at least 2x a week for years. Have yet to have a negative experience. I went in here a few months ago almost in tears with frustration. My 8 month old Husky/shepard was plowing through chews (both edible and non-edible ) and eating furniature - I was going to have no house or bank account left. The gentleman talked me off my ledge, and went over a few things with me and recommended Beef cheeks which has litterally been the MOST AMAZING product for my dogs ever. Lasts long, is edible and is good for them!

Awesome team of helpful and friendly individuals. Love their events and their support for local pet businesses. My little poodles squeaks in excitement when she sees the store and dances her way in every time.

Always had great experience in here, friendly staff members whenever I visit. Their prices on my dog food was very similar to where I used to get it but this store is much closer so for a few dollars more in happy to support!

We went to wash our dog Duke today and the dog wash was great. The staff was super friendly and the store was clean and well stocked.

I feel like their selection for fish needs to be greater. Not just Betta related. I have a community tank with frogs and pleco, catfish and loach,to neons and lamp eyes. Otherwise fantastic.

First time there today to bath my dog. Staff were very attentive and bathing area was very clean, well stocked and organized. Pet food was also very competitively price so bought some. Definitely will be back.
