not only is the space STUNNING, but every single person there is beyond kind + generous. this is such a welcoming clinic. matthew gave me an incredible, curated experience! he made it easy to understand + offered solutions that quickly improved my quality of life. 12/10 experience - can not recommend enough!!!

Helio Optometry is a full-service optometrist in west Edmonton. Their space is warm, modern, and inviting. Their selection of glasses frames is extensive, and there is no pressure from the staff while you browse. While the overall customer experience was outstanding, the best part was the professional service we received when we went for our eye exams. The exams were thorough, and they took the time to fully explain what they found, including discussing the different contact lenses available, suggesting timing for follow-up exams when needed, and supporting a future purchase of new glasses to maximize benefits coverage. My two teen children and I all felt very engaged, and fully part of the discussions. A truly enjoyable experience. Thanks Helio!

Good parking lot in a convenient location. The outside and inside of the clinic was beautiful and clean. Front staff greeted us immediately and were very welcoming and friendly.We brought our 4-year-old here for an annual eye exam. Everyone was excellent at ensuring she felt comfortable and safe. Dr. Ross was amazing! Very intelligent, thorough and kind. Our child has already asked when we get to go back.We will definitely book our eye exams here as well.10/10 would recommend.

Caught some metal shrapnel in my eyes working late in the shop. 20 mins before closing time, I called in for some last minute help and the staff got me in right away, stayed late to accommodate me, cleaned out my eyes, and provided a prescription for some eye drops to help the healing process. I'll be going to see Dr. Matthew Sobolewski for all my eye care needs moving forward, and cannot recommend this place enough. Great staff, efficient, effective, competent, and very friendly. Thank you guys again!

5 star experience at Helio Optometry! The staff greet you immediately upon entering, and the clinic is beautiful. The testing prior to my exam was quick but felt thorough. My exam with Dr. Sobolewski was excellent. He was very personable; as well, I wasn't rushed and I felt like my concerns were addressed. After my exam, the friendly staff helped me pick out some new glasses - and they had lots of options for all different budgets! I would absolutely recommend Helio and I will be back.

It's been quite a few years since I went to the optometrist. Dr. McKenzie wasn't judgmental at all. Was very thorough and patient with my questions. Paige was also very helpful in weighing in on my first pair of glasses and making sure they were the right fit for me. The turnaround was also very quick and was given them in a week or so. It's taking a bit to get used to them but I'm confident to return if I have any issues!

The expertise and customer service at Helio Optometry are second to none. So happy with my new optometrist and all the staff there! Everything was done with professionalism and excellence. They use the most modern equipment. Dr Matthew was very thorough, knowledgeable and took his time, explaining everything along the way. The optician went above and beyond in helping us out with glasses. All of the staff were very kind and professional. I highly recommend Helio!

Top notch experience at Helio Optometry. Dr. Ross and his team are very thorough and knowledgeable. I think this was the most detailed eye exam I've ever had.The office is beautiful and the equipment is state of the art. I'll be back!
