Olive Nails and Spa

Came here to get my acrylics removed and the lady rushed through it and I left with nails that looked gross and damaged which is expected after acrylics. However, I went to a different salon for a mani a few weeks later and the manicurist asked me why I still have bits of acrylic left on my nails. Turns out the lady who removed my nails did not remove them fully, which is not only bad for your nails but can cause infection or mold to start forming under the acrylic. I'm lucky that this did not happen to me but I cannot believe the incompetence. Do not go here.

I have been a very loyal customer of Olive Nails since they first opened for many reasons. The women who work there are meticulous and always do an amazing job on my nails! They have a huge assortment of regular, shellac, and gel nail polishes, including Bio Seaweed Gel, my favourite! The salon is always clean and decorated beautifully. I'm a loyal customer and you should be too!

I have been a loyal client since the first time I was recommended and visited Olive Nails. It is a beautiful and trendy nail salon, is always clean, and has extremely kind and personable staff. I have had a variety of services done at Olive Nails and have been happy with the results each time. Lisa creates my gel nails and nail designs. She is very artistic and is always open to trying new designs. They have a LOT of different colours and products, including glitters and stickers. Lisa is a lovely person and is easy to talk to. She is also extremely professional and takes her time to make my nails perfect! I always receive SO many compliments! I always recommend Olive Nails to family, friends and strangers- when I receive feedback, they all rave about how great it is too! 15/10 rating from me!

Horrible service. Nail color chipped off the NEXT day. On 4 nails. They charged me over $100 for extras and used cheap products. And when I went back to get it fixed they argued and argued and did not fix their mistake. What a rip off. Stay away from this place.

We gathered with friends to celebrate the birthday of one of them at 12.00 in the afternoon at the Georgian restaurant. When I walked into the place, my vision was caught by ethnical decorations and stylish views. The Georgian cousin and fast service surpassed all our expectations.

I love Olive Nails and Spa! Technicians are so kind and they have very good skills. I recommend Sue and Tina. This nail shop is really clean and very comfortable. So I always relax here.

After a very rushed shellac manicure and pedicure, this is the result (within 24 hours of the service, one shellac nail just fell off, another one chipping, cuticle work very subpar). I would not recommend and will not be returning.

This is the second negative experience I've had at Olive Nail and Spa. After this I won't be going back. I had an inexperienced technician who messed up a fake nail application. I was very nice about it, and just asked for it to be removed. She left, never to return. The head receptionist said it was my fault that I didn't remember the name of the technician I had previously had a successful pedicure with. Mistakes are part of any business, but I really didn't appreciate how poorly I was treated today for the mistakes of others. I was kind and understanding (when easily I could have been angry) I was left to wait for a technician to never return, and berated by the receptionist. I had specifically arranged babysitting so I could treat myself to a Mani/pedi - $ and time down the drain.

Just went to do my nails done and very disappointed! At my pedicure time the girl totally forgot to clean my nails! I had to remind her. Also I was asking her to file my nails 2 times because she didn’t do it properly. When doing my manicure she forgot!!!! again to apply some oil. Also for my manicure she didn’t soak my nail in a water. This is really not a high end nail salon!!!!
