Kentwood Ford - New Sales
I recently had a bunch of work done here. I purchased a used truck from a different dealer although they are under the “Go Auto” umbrella. The truck had a lot of things that needed attention and I have only put 3000km. But the service team here went above a beyond in my opinion. I won’t get into details but they managed to make a 10k + bill into a grand total of 1150.00$. Amazing. I would highly recommend speaking with Kelsey and her team.

Bought two used explorer’ from this place February and March of 2023.All I can say is these guys are fantastic. Sales guy Chad fought for the best possible price and he wasn’t pushy at all. Will be shopping here again. I never thought it was ever possible to walk in and two hours later walk out with a new registered car.. Did I mention these guys register the vehicle for you if you have insurance??!? In flipping sane! Love his place, will be back in the future!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Richie in new sales. From my initial request to the delivery of my vehicle, Richie was a solid 10/10. I have previously sold cars as a profession and know of the aggressive sales tactics dealerships use, at Kentwood Ford I did not experience this! Even in the backend (finance) I had a great experience, my options were explained to me but none were forced on to me. I had just about given up hope on finding a honest dealership and salesman. So I was quite shocked when I started talking to the salesman, Kal and he gave me straight and honest answers every time. I had been to a dozen dealerships previously and walked out of all of them because I refused to deal with someone I didn’t feel like I could trust.Kentwood Ford gave us a great experience from start to end. They were never pushy and stood by their word the whole way through. Andrea was great in finance as well, she explained everything clearly and didn’t try to hide any fees. An honest business is hard to find these days and I will definitely be returning here for my next vehicle.
