James totally flubbed (to his own admission) our cabin roof, gutter (and snow-load control system) installation. It was an absolutely terrible experience because nearly everything went wrong. Worse yet, I have been communicating with him in a polite way for nearly two years, hoping to have it addressed in a semblance of a satisfactory way - but, alas, all his texted and verbal assurances have still not come to pass. He is now even (seemingly) screening / avoiding my calls and texts. Prior to detailing the dirty laundry with pictures, exchanged texts etc (my god I hate this) I am firing this across James Darr’s bow as a last attempt to have him do as he promised. I lost thousands of dollars on useless materials and features. Can’t you have your guys come back (again) and AT LEAST place (as you have promised several times) the missing roofing fasteners??

I contacted several roofing companies to get an estimate for replacing my singled roof. I had hail damage to the house and garage, and was very fortunate to havefound Patribeck to do the work. They were very professional, the work is excellent and the whole job was done on budget and finished ahead of time. I will not hesitate to contact them again in the future for any other projects that come along.

I have a small front yard in an old house in an old neighbourhood that had been neglected for years prior to my purchase of the home. I needed class and character, STAT. Patricbeck delivered! James was very personable and professional. Brilliant combo. (Wonder why more companies don't follow suit ...) The quote was right in line with others I had received and I believe well priced. The young gentlemen who came and did the work were hard working and did a great job as well. Creative and precise. The work isn't quite done yet but James came as a follow up, made a list of the teensy bits that I still want done and I have absolutely every confidence that this will be completed not only to my satisfaction but beyond.
