No matter how important your call is and how it affects your life, they nether answer the phone calls, nor do they return your calls as they claim. My account was put on hold and I needed to know the reason to resolve the issue. I live in Ottawa and had to do it by phone. No return call after leaving three messages. Terrible service. It’s strange that with this branch’s poor clients’ review rating, no one in BMO seems to care!

Understaff and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous, long tines, and their freaking doors are not all unlock for no apparently reason! Just an awful bank with awfull service! Seriously BMO get it together! im so frustrated when I have the unfortunate need to go their ! All I wanna do is change banks!!!!!

waiting for a long time , though i had an appointment. Called the girl with whom i had an appointment didn't received. After 15 min she came . Her Service was Not Good enough.

Have had great experience in this branch with or without an appointment. Since it is a downtown branch it gets crowded during lunch break and evening rush hour.

Pathetic service. We have a student association account here and no ones from the branch is willing to help to transfer it to new owners. Tried multiple times in last 4 weeks. Avoid BMO and especially this branch , this will help in saving your precious time.
