I had the best experience dealing with salesman Nate and Phillip from the finance department. Had it not been for the excellent customer service by Nate, I would not have bought the car I did. Nate helped me understand the deal and helped me get the best value for my trade in. Phillip ensured, I got the best rate from the banks and went above and beyond for me. Thank you to Nate and Phillip for helping me get in my dream car. Will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. 10/10 Experience. My advice to anyone looking for a new vehicle at this dealership to ask for Nate. He will treat you like family and go above and beyond.

Terrible cust service. Scheduled/confirmed appointment to see a car at 2pm - Waited 30 minutes while salesperson (wearing a ragged shirt and jeans while the other sales people were in business attire) was on a call talking about a Denali right in front of me; when he finally finished the call he told me the car I was scheduled to see wasn’t even ready to view and he needed another 30 minutes to bring it over and wash. At this point I walked out. I’ve owned 3 Rovers and was ready to buy this one but they couldn’t even be bothered to follow up or apologize.

Robert Fan was extremely professional and kind to my family and I. He was very knowledgeable and patient when we asked questions. We had previously gone to a Porsche dealership, but the sales rep didn't know anything about the car we were interested in, so working with Robert was a breath of fresh air. We probably wouldn't have made a deal if it wasn't for him. Management better give him a raise. I highly recommend going to this dealership. They treat you very well! Plus, they have hot chocolate. Porsche just had water. Thank you Robert!

Recent bought a Range Rover velar from Vancouver and was helped by salesman Nathan and have nothing but good things to say about the whole buying experience. Nathan was professional, helpful, and not pushy to make a sale. Was also helped by the manager Mark and he was also very helpful and easy to work with. He made sure my vehicle was ready and sparkling the day of the pickup. Great team and Land Rover Vancouver, would recommend.

The team at LR Vancouver is amazing! Since our purchase in 2018 Jason Han Young has been taking care of our service needs and he is absolutely the best! He's caring, thorough and very helpful. David Campbell went above and beyond with a warranty claim we had to go through. Purchasing our LR from Nathan Hunt was so easy without the usual awful haggling of some dealerships, he was a true gentleman. This team is, bar none, the best I've ever come across and I'm constantly grateful to have them! What good service should feel like :)

We love Land Rover Vancouver MCL motor. Every experience with this dealership has been positive from great customer service to fair and consistent pricing.Having purchased many many vehicles over the years with different dealerships, it is refreshing to consistently have such a wonderful service. It puts into comparison what customer service and the sales experience is supposed to be.

One of my cars was in for service, and I guess the snow removal tool left some sort of rub marks on a couple of places. Service took immediate responsibility and will buff and polish (complimentary) once the weather gets better. This extra attention and accountability is greatly appreciated.PS Obviously, I don't have any real contact with sales, but the service department is one of the best I've seen.

I had a positive experience purchasing my Range Rover Sport from Land Rover Vancouver. After seeing a vehicle that interested me on their website, I sent a request for more information. Robert Fan replied immediately, and we arranged a test drive. After completing the test drive, we negotiated a fair price for the vehicle including the value of my trade. After transferring the funds for purchasing the Range Rover Sport, we dealt with Eric Law who arranged the paperwork, extended warranty, insurance for the new vehicle and cancelation of insurance for my trade. Afterwards they carefully went through the all the features of the Range Rover Sport and I drove off with confidence. To sum it up, Land Rover Vancouver, provided trustworthy, courteous, and efficient service for the purchase of this vehicle. This experience exceeded my expectations.

My friends and family have all had negative experiences dealing with both Jaguar and Land Rover in Vancouver. MCL seems to have a major management issue as the GM does not seem to care one bit about customer satisfaction. DO NOT buy used or certified pre owned from them.

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. Best experience I have ever had shopping for a new vehicle. I'll be back here for my next vehicle. Btw, if you haven't driven a Rover before, I suggest you give one a spin. It's an absolute dream to drive.
