Called and spoke with someone and he said to text the information. Did that twice with one response that he forgot and asked what is a good time. Never heard from him since then. You're busy I get it but take 2 seconds to shoot a phone call or text. Or tell me you're too busy to do it. Good customer service involves answering the customer.
