Pickering ink and toners - Pickering Town Centre Mall

Been going here for my ink for a few years now. Bought a great printer off of the owner's suggestion. Haven't had one problem with it. The family is always so nice to deal with. Strongly recommend going here for your printer and ink needs!

I have been dealing with Chris and his staff at Island Ink Jet for approximately 15 or more years. You could not ask for better service than what Chris offers. He is fair and reasonable with all of my requests. Chris and his staff are very professional and his facility is clean and attractive. His service is prompt, his staff are excellent and I will not consider another facility for my printer/toner cartridge needs.

Yesterday, my printer did not work and I could not figure out how to fix it so I called Pickering ink and toners to solve the problem. As I was recovering from surgery and I could not take the printer to the store. I explained the situation to Chris and he made an after hours house call to help me out. His quick diagnostic abilities found the problem and the printer was humming in no time. I have been a customer with the company for five years and every time I have had a problem it was resolved easily and with a smile. The five star rating is well deserved. Oh by the way they have competitive prices also.

Chris is very helpful and patient. He is very informative and provides good information. He offered me options and gave choices to help me decide if I should have my computer repaired or if I should buy a new computer. His work is impeccable. His prices are reasonable. He is very friendly and makes you feel at ease.

My first time visit to this store and I must say I had a very good experience. Chris was very friendly and refilled my 12 ink cartridges. As soon as I walked into the store, he quickly assisted me with my cartridges. He refilled my 12 cartridges (a variety of colours and black) really fast in about 20 minutes. He charged a very reasonable price for the them. The prices for cartridges vary from $9 - $19. Black ink cartridges are a little more expensive but still very cheap in comparison to staples or bestbuy. Chris does not only refill cartridges he also fixes computers, sells refurbished computers and printers. He is very knowledgeable and gave me really good tips on how to take care of my printer and computers. I would highly suggest everyone to go to this place as Chris is knowledgeable, trustworthy, fast, and offers competitive pricing. I am definitely coming back to get more of my products from him.

Pickering Island Inkjet is a great outlet for your home and office printing needs. They always stock a wide range of inkjet and laser printers at good competitive prices. They also have repair service and cartridge filling products. Their products are top of the line and brand names. This place should be the first place to look at printers before going to big stores who sell the same brands at a premium. The store is not very organized but their staff are friendly and helpful.

Pickering Island Ink-Jet in the mall, is the only place I go to for ink refills. I have bought printers for myself, and family. Chris has helped me with my computer needs, printer problems, basically everything tech related. He is very knowledgeable in everything tech related. I never hesitate to recommend him to business and family.
