I just took my senior long hair cat Abby to this place for her first groom and bath as she's become prone to intense matting. my cat is very thin due to a hyper-active thyroid condition we're treating so I was very hesitant to groom her myself for fear of hurting her. They did a fantastic job and were very informative and friendly in the process, teaching me the best ways to deal with her matting fur and grooming tips in general. They focused my appointment based on my priorities for my animal and charged a very fair price for her lengthy (over an hour) and tedious grooming process. just over 100$. Abby and I are very happy with this local business and will definitely be repeat customers :)

We had a horrible experience today with CRZY4K9S & Cats 2.I was quoted $160 to groom my 85lb Sheppard/Collie mix. When his groom was finished, I received a text message saying he was ready for pick up and the total cost was $269.93. I was appalled. When asked why so much, I was essentially told he had a lot of fur (see attached photos).He was on a 6 week schedule. Their website claims that due to Covid, regular clients would not be up-charged for any additional work required due to missed appts. from Covid (my guy was originally booked for March 25th, but was rescheduled due to closure from Covid). He’s not a “matting” type of dog. He simply needed, as CRZY4K9S calls it “large breed bath and tidy”. Bath, de-shed, nail trim, and trim around his feet and bum.My issue is not with the price, albeit astronomical, it’s with the fact that I did not receive a phone call, text message, or private message informing me that my dog was going to cost $110 more than originally estimated (which again, goes against what their website says). They had him in their possession and after assessment, should have notified me it was going to cost me almost double the estimate. If they notified me of that, I would have picked him up immediately and found another groomer.I am outraged that a small local business is price gouging local residents - especially in these unprecedented times.The lack of professionalism, customer service, and overall business etiquette was appalling and the condescending remarks by the co-owner are incredibly unprofessional (see photos attached).*pictures of my dog are BEFORE his groom - showing he’s hardly a matted mess. He just needed a good brush, bath, and nail trim.

Ellice is amazing with my dog! Nail trims are NOT his favourite thing but she makes him feel comfortable and is very accommodating with our changing schedule

If you are lucky enough to book an appointment with them this is by far the best grooming service. I have never seen the attention to small details I get with Crzy and they are much more than just groomers I’ve gotten really helpful advice from Ellice regarding some issues I had with my dogs dry nose and allergies and they really go the extra mile to take care of you and your fur family.

I would highly recommend this grooming salon. Ellice always treats both my dogs like they are her own. My one dog has a disability and they always accommodate him and his needs. They offer great value for the amazing job that they do.

The salon is well decorated, organized, clean, tidy, inviting & has even nice gifts for pet lovers. The salon has big hidrolic grooming tables, perfect also for large breeds or heavy dogs. Shauntra & Ellice are amazingly talented & make you feel super welcome.

My dog has anxiety, but when i went to pick him up he seemed fine and relaxed. The groomer must've treated him gently. She also made my dog look cute. I'm very happy with the service, as she did a great job. I recommend this place to everyone!
