I purchased a very expensive bra here and when I went back with a complaint, I was told “we sell 20 - 30 of these a day and never have a complaint”! Can you imagine how I felt? I did not ask for a refund, it just wanted to share this with them. Later we were joined by another sales person who admitted there was a problem with the bras and every customer was advised of it. Well I was fitted twice and I was not told this. I left my name and number but the manager never called. When will business owners understand they need to invest in better training for their staff! Very Disappointing customer service, I was a repeat customer and will never return here.

Best fitting I've had. Excellent selection of cup styles. I had many choices of colour within each bra style within each brand. 38DDD. I will be back, as I can imagine finding such selection anywhere else. The staff were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what would fit best (nailed it on the first bra... all of the subsequent brands didn't fit quite as well).

Great customer service, they're always helpful and informative. The bras are pretty and comfortable, with lovely styles even in the larger sizes! If you ask for a fitting, they will help you find the perfect fit. The only place I buy bras!

I was measured and fit for the best bra I've ever owned in my life!!! I love it!!! No more horrible small bras from Penningtons!!!! They Don't have my cup size!!!! I was able to find a size all the way up to K!!!!!
