The brown sugar pearl milk was pretty bad, the pearls were very soggy, and it just didn’t taste as good as a lot of the other popular bubble tea places nowadays.. an extra star for the castella cakes though! They were pretty good!

I was asking about a food here whether they were selling it or not. I had to explain to the girl who picked up the phone 4-5 times. I don't know if she does not want to listen or just refuses to listen but it was tiring to keep asking the same question all over and over again. The conversation kept going in circles all I needed for an answer was a yes or no if they sold the food or not :L I will have to search for other bubble tea places that has better customer service.

The fruit tea was good. I usually don’t like their black teas or milk teas as the flavour is too light. I like their fruitier teas and specialty teas. And I love their Doraemon themed cups right now!

I feel like this location has gone downhill recently. Went there last night, and their service was not great. Staff did not smile once the entire time from when we entered to when we ordered to when we left. Not very friendly. They had no more sago (which they seem to run out quite often, even when it wasn’t close to closing), and no more pearls. We ordered the strawberry milk slush, and it was not slush. It was just strawberry milk. And it wasn’t even filled all the way to the rim of the cup. For $8.31, I felt really ripped off. Would not recommend going here.

Good bubble tea at a newly developed location. The decor is simple, aesthetic, and clean. Lots of room in this shop and ample parking downstairs.Ordered the new Caramel Pudding Black Tea Latte which was pretty good. The tea was slightly diluted compared to my liking as the black tea taste was a bit too light and not aromatic enough. The caramel pudding was good and complimented the drink quite well. I went with regular sugar and ice but I would lower the sugar next time as my drink was a bit too sweet as well.

Was there today before they close. Waited and watched the person in front of me ordered. When it was my turn the girl who was making the drink said they are closed. She refused to take my order. I said you guys close at 830 and it’s not 830 yet. Then she said they are sold out. She clearly didn’t want to make more drinks. If you are looking for bbt, I suggest you go around the corner and try Blackball. They have great drinks and amazing customer service :)

Ordered on DoorDash at about 1:40pm. They start making their brown sugar at 1pm. The taste of brown sugar milk was good, and the pearls came warm. However, the smaller pearls in my cane jade tea had a weird texture - half soggy and hard.

Orderd a red bean tea latte and the pearl cakes to try. Originally they said 5 minutes to make but we ended up waiting for 20 minutes. The staff was not friendly; she just put the items down without saying anything. Other than the not-so-sweet service, the cakes were pretty good.
