Mister Transmission

Great experience with mister transmission! I called about some issues with my truck, they took it in right away and diagnosed it within a couple of hours of me dropping it off. Denise called me to explain what the issue was, and gave me the time to process the cost of my repair. The job was quoted to take a few days, as they had scheduled some work on other vehicles ahead of mine. They got it done faster then I expected. Great service, polite and friendly staff, that make you feel a part of their family. 1000% would go back to them.

My Tundra experienced a major issue with its transmission while I was at my cottage in Haliburton, which is over 2 hours away. We ended our Canada Day long weekend having to have the truck towed back to Whitby. I chose Mr. Transmission based on the reviews and wanting to take it to a specialist. I was expecting to be without my truck for a long time, but that wasn’t at all the case. The tow truck dropped it off at Mr. Transmission on Monday evening, and I just picked it up tonight, after only 2 days! Sean was awesome at communicating updates and providing options and solutions for the issues my truck was having. There was never any pressure or unnecessary services, just the right solution and some recommendations for future maintenance that I can even do myself. I will be recommending Mr. Transmission in Whitby to my friends and family. A fast, professional and trustworthy shop; I’m happy to give them a 5 star review.

Went to mister transmission to get my vehicle diagnosed. They treated me like a regular customer. Some of the nicest service I've have had dealing with my vehicle. I will definetly be back if I have any more work need done.

I could not be happier with the service that I received, this is a first class shop. When I took my sons car in they went above and beyond to help us out not only with the transmission but also the engine, what a fantastic group they have. Literally so good I didn't even need to go. My issue was to do with the shifter cable, but my car is so old they don't make replacement parts for it anymore. Just one phone call and the guy I talked to gave me the information I needed to do the fix myself. Turns out it wasn't even the cable, just a bolt I needed to replace. That being said, when I do have an issue that is beyond my capabilities, I can't wait to come in because I know I will get honest service.

Under promise, over deliver! Denise and her team did just that. Obviously when dealing with transmission problems your day isn't going well, but Denise made it better, she dealt with the warranty company and my car was ready 3 days earlier than expected.
