The Keep Refillery: Kingston

I absolutely love this place! Not only is the idea brilliant as our planet needs us now more than ever, but it’s super affordable! The prices are cheaper than big box stores and it is all natural and mostly hyper local. We stopped in on a work trip and I bought the toothpaste tabs, the mouthwash, the shower steams, the hand soap for all of my stores and the dry shampoo - LOVED every single thing! Once you go plastic free, you can’t go back and I applaud this entrepreneur for having the foresight to open something so needed in our communities!

Welcoming staff, well educated on products and always willing to help. I've been going to this shop since it opened and it has been a life changer! If you are unsure of a product the staff will help answer questions. I always go in and come out with a new product I'm willing to try and change over to.

Came into the store on a random downtown walk after lunch with a friend and have been hooked since!I have slowly been switching over our house and personal products everytime I'm due to buy a new one (need dishsoap- updated & refillable, shampoo - shampoo bar...) I feel so good about helping reduce garbage and finding good products that work and are often more cost effective. I have also become addicted to rescuing containers to refill my stuff or donate for someone else to use.The staff are amazing and always up for helping, giving all the info and hearing how much I rave about the latest product I got from them.Make the switch, you'll love it!!!

Any refill needs definitely check them out! They make you feel empowered with the amount of knowledge they have on their products and which products would be best for which situation. Always friendly and get exactly what I need.

I liked how clean and cheery the space felt! The store had a good variety of quality products to choose from, most vegan and Canadian, a couple with bee's wax in them (salves and balms). And one can bring their own containers, or can purchase them there for convenience. I will visit again ♡.

Thankful to have a refillery in Kingston, I am in my zero waste journey and this is a very helpful store for that.

Visiting this store today really changes the way how I currently purchase my hand lotion and tooth paste. So convenient and Eco-friendly where you can bring your own clean bottle (or purchase one) and (re)fill it. The owners there are super friendly and will give you a brief rundown what the store offers like they'd done with me today. Amazing customer service. Oh ya, if you have any spare bottles you don't need, bring it and leave it so other's can re-use it.
