We were there to celebrate our parents anniversary. The service was impeccable, we were very impressed by the whole staff but especially from Rohit and Shipin.The most respected aspect was that they refused to embrace the tip we wanted to honor them by.Our parents can't take much spicy so we requested some food to be less spicy and it was perfect. The bread basket has a great variety of naans and rotis which was complimented the butter chicken and Hyderabad chicken.The mysoor masala Dosa was amazing, it didn't feel oily at all and was very flavorful. The keema masala Dosa was something I didn't expect the goat flavor to compliment sambar and the tomato chutney.I would definitely come here again and highly recommend this restaurant for food but more importantly the impeccable service with a smile.

Service and staff was the only thing that was good.. taste of food okish.. there chana bhatura was not giving a feel of bhatura.. seeing small pieces of mini bhaturas.. completely off the mood. .. not worth of going.. completely overhyped place.

Delicious dishes, and when it comes to customer service, Prerna was sooo good. Exceptional level of customer service I received. Prerna was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. She answered the questions I had and made excellent recommendations for dishes and drinks. There is nothing HYDERABADI, only garam masala. Chef should go some authentic hyderabadi restaurant first to find the taste. The biryani was nowhere near to hyderabadi. Music too load, very disturbing. I hope by reading all these negative comments they improve their standards.

So customer service was REALLY slow.We told the waiter we had to be out quick for a meeting but did not help.Eventually it took so long we had to get takeout.But then they forgot the forks in the takeout meal....However the biryani was incredibly good and the portion was large so I would go back.

So far I think this is the best place to have biryani in Toronto. Would also recommend the Paneer Tikka Masala because that gravy tastes amazing.

I ordered a weekend special biryani for my daughter and got a surprise gift. It was a RUBBER BAND" in the Biryani. We are still unsure if she ate any of the band. My husband saw the band while eating
