They probably have the best variety of teas in the downtown area, and the staff are genuinely nice. They also have a selection of metaphysical books, oracle cards, etc, if you're into that kind of thing. You can't get a milk oolong or a real smile at Starbucks, but you can here! The prices are reasonable too.

Stopped here as part of a walking food tour. It was a thirst quenching cold tea drink that had been steeped overnight. Very good.

Crystal and all her staff are the most amazing and friendly people downtown! I sometimes don't know how they can always be smiling and so happy and thoughtful all the time! Even if you aren't a tea person, pop in, and enjoy the amazing aromas and I swear they will have something for you to brighten your day, and who doesn't want that? ;)

My go to spot for Organic Free Trade Tea! Crystal and her staff are astounding, and it feels like a bit like home when going there to get your favourite tea or treats! My whole family is enjoying healthy Tea now thanks to Crystal and her staff! A must see place when in Kelowna! You won't be disappointed, and the lovely aroma of the shop will have you coming for more and more and more :)

What a welcoming little shop to come into. Friendly staff and owner. So many teas to choose from, lots of nice custom blends. They also carry books, oracle cards and a few other goodies. Fun to visit and browse!

My sisters loves tea. This place is like a tea heaven for tea lovers. Not a big tea drinker myself, but they smell nice. If you like tea give this place a try. Tried a blueberry rooibos. I admit I liked it. This place is located on the 1200 block of Ellis. Other businesses near by. You can also place orders online off their website. Amazing atmospheres and tea! The staff are super friendly and make my tea stops very enjoyable. Love the blueberry rooibos tea and earl grey gluten free cookies. Highly recommend this shop.

Popped into the shop while on vacation in Kelowna and wasn't disappointed! Came out with 4 unique tea blends that are each so wonderful. This is a place I would frequent if I lived locally.
