I am over the moon with the excellent job Geoffrey and his team did with my custom wedding band. Geoffrey is very knowledgeable, he drew up a design in minutes to exactly what I wanted and it came out perfectly. Professional, trustworthy and very time efficient! Great communication throughout the processs. I would highly reccomend, especially for any custom pieces.

I took two rings into Barclay’s and ended up with two spectacular pendants, a ring and a pair of earrings. Each piece is exquisite. Friendly and very efficient talented staff.

After a very disastrous experience with another jeweler in town, we took my wife's wedding ring to Barclay's for refurbishing and replacement of the bezel and centre stone. We also ordered a V" Eternity ring to match my wife's wedding ring. Geoffrey personally handled our situation with tact and professionalism. He gave us confidence that we would end up with a beautiful set of rings. He ordered the stones ahead of time and called us in to approve them before they were set. This included viewing a computerized image of what the rings would look like when completed.We picked up the rings this week and they are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and more beautiful than we expected! The original wedding ring looks as good or better than it did thirty-five years ago

I am not a customer, but I have to give flowers where they are due. If I could give you 10/5 stars, I would.My mother is very ill and is bed-ridden, and recently her ring finger had started to swell considerably. A nurse told us we would need to remove the ring and we spent the following 24 hours exploring every option we could to remove the ring. We were unable to find a tool to complete the job but had been told that we could go into a jewelry store to have a ring removed, so I decided to call one and ask if they had any idea where we could get our hands on one of these cutting devices.Without hesitation the owner, Geoffrey, volunteered to come to our home after he finished his day and remove the ring for us. He did just this, and even refused to take any form of payment for it, saying he was just happy to have helped. I cannot put into words how relieved we now feel, and just how blown away we are by the kindness and generosity you showed us today.Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the two experiences I have had with Barclay's! I had a small signet ring hand engraved by Barclay's that was given to me by my grandfather, and was so impressed from the get go by their communication, the examples they provided of previous hand engraving work, to the consultation and of course the final product. Recently, I had a small pinky ring given to me by a friend and it was too small, Barclay's resized it beautifully and now it fits perfectly. Both items were of great sentimental value so I felt nervous about making changes to them - but Barclay's did a more than perfect job and I will absolutely be returning and recommending them whenever I can!

My fiancé and I had a lovely experience at Barclay’s. Danielle and the entire team were very warm and welcoming. We had a custom ring made and Danielle kept us updated the entire process. We are very happy with the way the ring turned out. Thanks Barclay’s!

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with the great staff at Barclay's.My first encounter was getting some family jewelry appraised, but I was so impressed with Geoffrey and his team that I got a link added to a bracelet and then had my mom's wedding ring custom designed into a new, gorgeous ring for me.
