TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this branch. After having a very unpleasant experience at the TD branch at Dundas and Clarence, I had much better experience here.Kerry- one of the staff at this branch knew the policies and procedures of the bank and followed them to complete the task at hand, flawlessly. She had an excellent mannerisms and was extremely professional and non judgemental.The other bank teller (TD at Dundas and Clarence) pulled out new rules from thin air to ensure I would not be served and created obstacles. He would not let me speak, would not listen, and acted very immaturely.I am grateful that Kerry did the needful to assist me with my banking needs in a highly professional manner.

Hi I'm Mrs Debbie Carter and the reason I'm giving TD Canada Trust a 5 star rating is because not only did I have an excellent response from a bank that I have been with since I was 5yrs old but it was reaffirmed by the professional named Ryan...This young man greeted me with professionalism but with human compassion. Ryan is a young caring professional with an individual quality of LISTENING. This is a rare and highly welcomed quality. Ryan deserves to be recognized and fostered for his initiative. I would like to thank all the professionals at TD Canada Trust for their continued professionalism but to point out that this young man Ryan was a SMART match for your company. This occurred at my bank in London Ontario at the Oxford and Platts Lane branch. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

They keep closing branches and making it harder to have access. They have closed all branches if not all in northeast London. One of the least mobile places in London and you close access. Maybe don’t spend so much on stupid advertising, pay more attention to customers needs

Absolutely wonderful branch especially madame Ann she

I just went to this TD branch to open a new account and had the most unpleasant, most backward and insulting experience of my life since I came to Canada 7 years ago. They lied to my face about their policies and just wanted me out of there like it was too inconvenient for them to answer my simple questions. They were surprisingly rude, inconsiderate and dare I say racist. The manager yelled at me while flapping her arms around. I asked her to please stop yelling and she said she is not yelling, while yelling. It was actually my first blatant racial discriminatory experience in Canada.

Not enough people working at this location (215 Oxford Street West, Plattswood location, London ON) and those who were did not assist the one teller on staff who was tending to the growing line of customers. I had to leave without completing my transaction. Surprisingly, very poor customer service at this location compared the the level of care offered at other TD locations.UPDATE: I received a generic response to this review, identical to the responses to other customer posts offering similar feedback, which is crafted to suggest that discussing it further will advance the situation.If I were concerned about my privacy, I would not post publicly. If any improvements have been made, I’m sure everyone here would appreciate the transparency.

I feel compelled to write this review to express my gratitude to Mr. Ali and Ms. Ann for the exceptional service they provided me with. Their dedication and excellence in doing their jobs were truly remarkable, and I want to extend my sincerest thanks to them for their incredible efforts in helping me solve my issue. I highly appreciate the outstanding level of service they provided and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking professional assistance

Worst experience ever not helpful at all they don’t want to work they just wanna hang around waste time and talk this is not what you are getting paid for. I was here for a normal transaction that I usually do every time they were like we don’t do that!! How the hell did everyone else did it and you can’t. Don’t waste your time here they don’t even know what the heck they are doing.

Can't reach anyone by phone. I live in California, so it's my only option. Left messages all day long with my number, no one is calling back. Planning a trip to Canada next month to see them in person. Let's see if they can call before then.

This is our home branch. There are a couple of employees that you don't want to face them when I go there. Although they seem to be experienced, but honestly they are MEAN! Other than that everything else is fine. But I'll be thinking of switching to another branch.
