Went for a pedicure. The lady did nothing except put my feet in hot water and applied soap. Just a normal scraping of sole, I still have dead skin. Didn’t put any cuticle softener, didn’t remove any ingrown nails. She cut my nails and didn’t even shape it. Total waste of $35. I have been Regal Scarborough, they always do a good job for pedicure using some machine for whitening the nail, using blade for scraping dead skin. She didn’t have any machine. Just a normal foot scrubber we get in dollar store. For scrub, she asked extra $5. This branch is extremely disappointing. She pushed for shellac nail polish and extra scrub, when I refused she rushed the job. Please avoid.

I came in here yesterday with my daughter - we booked a last minute appointment on a whim and we showed up early for our appointment - It was a fantastic experience! They took us early and were extremely courteous and professional. I just had a regular nail painting done and my daughter had the bio gel nail treatment - we were both very pleased with the results and the experienced service - I would highly recommend this salon and we plan to go back in the future. Thank you, Kathy and Andy - it was a pleasure meeting you both!

Absolutely amazing service I came in with my 3 year old for her first manicure and they treated her absolutely amazing I would have never expected anyone to get her to sit perfectly the whole time they painted her nails but she did because they were so patient and kind! They did any colour she wanted. This was the best first experience she could have ever had! I also got my nails done and the line work was phenomenal! I would recommend this location to anyone they are super professional and amazing at the work they do!

Yesterday, I went for a pedicure and the lady did nothing except put my feet in cold water and the stuff she used for the pedicure were really dirty and she just put nail polish she charged me $50 for just a pedicure. If you go on their website it says a pedicure is $ 35. I recommend you shouldn't go to this store. It has a really poor service. It's a waste of money.

This place is amazing! Definitely will be my new go to nail spot. Kathy and her husband Andy are so sweet and professional. They provide the best customer service and make sure you’re satisfied with the service you get done. I got my nails done from here a couple times and for sure have been the best sets I’ve gotten done. Very skilled place!

Wonderful customer service, so welcoming!I always get an ombre solar gel set done and Andy does such an amazing job every time. I have went to other places and I am never satisfied. I could not ask for better service.I would highly recommend.
