The store is in Campbellton and the staff there are absolutely marvellous. They’re very knowledgable and their suggestions are great. They actually take the time to take you to where the item is that you’re looking for and are very willing to help you load your car..

I was there for 20-25 min waiting to try to buy a 500$saw i tought for a while i was the only one in the store and also went to the paint department to ask for someone to come and still waited 15min ! Finaly someone passing by stopped and said the one on display was the only saw left and i said, im not gonna pay the same price for the display saw, if you give me a better deal i will buy it if not i can get the same saw new in the box online for the same price! He said go buy it online! What a joke! No problem i bought a new saw and the stand delivered to my house for cheaper!!!

It's is with much pleasure, I write this review. I am a loyal Kent costumer who shops at many Kent stores throughout NB. I have seen and spoke with many Kent employees over the years.Today, I met one of Kent's finest ambassors in Becky Firth....Becky is professional, understanding, knowledgeable and a delight to deal with. Add them qualities to her lovey smile, upbeat, and gregarious personability and Kent you have a keeper.Most businesses would be proud to have Becky on their staff.

Spend a hundred dollars asked for a bag, they said it was 10 cents told them to keep it. Why did you not offer the bag while the items were being run through the checkout? There is an opportunity for training here, also you spend that kind of money are expected to pay a dime for a bag? How does this help the environment? Plastic bags are not an environmental issue, its how they are handled when no longer useful. Punitive costs do little if anything to help the environment.

Overall this is a good place to go, especially if you want a lot of lumber or paving stones. Almost all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The warehouse layout at this location needs a lot of work though. It's very easy to get a bottleneck inside and sometimes the workers struggle to find things. I would not recommend going through the warehouse section at peak times, you'll probably be waiting a long time.

This is the most I have been disciplined at Kent store on February 21st I had order a love seat and a chair they had got that in their Flyers 2 they told me 2 weeks later it will be in I went in two weeks to find out that my coach was not here went back two weeks later still not there but the chair is went back today and I got us well hopefully you'll be on the truck tomorrow this is the part of the I need to finish the rest of the construction to my new place

While it's sad that i don't have a reason to visit more often, every visit has been very good. The staff is very helpful and they generally have anything you'd need for home improvement and related things.
