Happy to say sunrise records, contacted me and corrected the issue immediately, for over charging on the bill and sent the money back directly so we didn't have to drive all the way back to the store! awesome customer service!

It's alright. Some staff members are a bit rude (Jillian is cool though) and some of the genres are very limited. Prices are also occasionally different than what's on the products, so watch for that.

I love this store and have been a regular customer for a few years now. I have bought many cd's and started my vinyl collection here. if you are looking for a quick stop for physical music then check them out!

Found some good 4k titles that were priced at 19.97, picked up 3. Get to the cash register and they are actually $37.99 , I ask them to honour the price that is displayed on the product itself. Nope can’t do it someone didn’t update the pricing, and only the manager can approve a price change and they’re not in. Won’t be back to this location, aside from that point store is very small compared to other sunrises. Worth the drive to Newmarket much better selection there anyways.

Vinyl records were difficult to navigate and the selection was limited. Staff members were somewhat cold and distant.

We visited for Record Store Day- the record we were looking for had sold out, but Gillian was super awesome and called the Sunrise Records in Newmarket for us to see if they had a copy. We lucked out, and they did- big thanks to Gillian for all the help! We’ll be back again to browse the great selection of vinyls!
