A&W is one of the best fast food places. Always super yummy, but a bit more expensive than others. I usually only go if we get coupons, the coupons are a great deal!

Extremely unprofessional. Went in for an interview with the expectations they were giving me the position saying id start next week! Sadly i never received a phone call and wasted 3 days of job searching time waiting for the online courses. Just to be ghosted by management!!! WorkBC will be hearing about this for my lost time lol

Princeton, BC, worst meal I have ever had at any A&W since and that's going back to Winnipeg, 1956.Apparently basted medium" in Princeton means flipped repeatedly until the eggs are hard in the center and have a Rockwell 8 crust both sides while the "well done" sausages (because they're usually undercooked) were also burned black to compliment the dessicated bacon. They never Wear gloves... pretty gross I've taken my food safety class. But trusting employee's to actually wash their hands doesn't mean they do it and still should wear gloves before handling the food, I've witnessed a young worker in the back (not wearing gloves) do something I'd rather not say in a review. And continue assembling sandwiches.

Great fast food restaurant. One of best inside seven oaks mall makes good burgers and legendary root beer. Good coffee.. friendly staff... Covid aware..

Terrible service, it was an older lady, I asked her if she can ask kitchen staff to clean the grill by putting some water on it and then use scrapper, so grill will be clean of any meat particle. Her reaction was, it is too much bothersome to do it, if they start doing it for everyone, it will reduce there service time. I was watching the whole time, they did not clean the grill. They told me it will take some time to cook it, even though meat was cooked, they were just standing and talking, then one of the kitchen staff looked at me, then they started making the burger, after about 15 minutes. Now, one burger was missing tomato, I wanted other one with extra jalapeno aioli, it was not there, I asked for extra cheese on one, it was not there. They put beyond meat patties on grill sectionwhere they put meat. Cashier (older lady, no one was wearing name tags) had no idea what is a vegan burger(understandable), she was definitely new, she was did not even knew if they have some sauce bamed jalapeno aioli"

Usually the food comes out pretty fast but they have messed up my order a few times just wanna be honest about that. The employees there are nice though.

The food was good but too bad the employees they don't wear gloves when handle food in this pandemic time. Gross!!! I mean with all the advertising of none antibiotic meats. This really destroys their reputation. I hope the owner does somethings about it.

This is very upsetting when people don’t wash there hands when they use there hands to pick up bacon, they should use tongs. It would be nice if they WAS THERE HANDS. I wish never be a customer here again. There was 5 others who have said this
