Td bank branch in Tamrack Edmonton.they say something but do something. They always keep do other things when their is big line for customers. Always rude. Most of my friends switched to CiBC and RBC .I have been with td 7 years .but now fed up with them .no respect.

Wish I could give 0 stars.. The lady named Linda is so unprofessional and does not even have the basic customer service skills. I have been a TD customer for the past 10 years with no complaints! But this person Linda is so rude and would not answer the question, she just shuts you off. Never coming back to this branch ever again.

Customer Service assiociate named LINDA working at this location 17th street is very rude . She don't even know how to speak to customers and how to answer their queations. Not sure how she got the job here , where it comes to customer service only. I want to give only 0 star. Decided to change my home branch.

I've been with TD since it took over Canada Trust, this thing about having to check in is a serious over infringement. My bank does not need to track me more than they already do. If I didn't have a mortgage here I'd switch.
