I had sudden deafness in my left ear, which was very unsettling to say the least and it was uncertain if a hearing aid would work with my type of hearing loss. Kim assured me that I could fully test the hearing aid with no obligation to purchase AND she was very thorough in going over the process and answering ALL of my many questions. She is AMAZING! I've now ordered the hearing aid and I'm so happy that I went to see Kim and that she is now my hearing specialist. Noella is equally as awesome! I have recommended Ears Hearing Clinic to my In-laws as well and they will also be seeing her. I am 200% satisfied!!!

I had a gradual loss of hearing in left ear and was at point where it was effecting my personal and professional life. When I went to see Kim, I was desperate for help and was not sure if hearing aid were going to help. Got the ear plugs Molded for work one fit a bit tighter then the other but they did a good job on them. I would give 4.5/5 stars. They took around a month to get. But I would buy them again in the future. Thank you for saving my hearing at work.

Kim Galick is number one in my books. She is honest and knows what she's talking about. She has a way with people and gives constantly to the community. I first met Kim and her assistant Noella at a free hearing seminar that Ears Hearing Clinic hosted last fall. I was impressed with Kim and the information she presented and booked an appointment for a hearing test. A family member had hearing aids some years earlier from one of the larger firms in Langley and was very disappointed in the service and lack of care/ concern they received.
