I usually dread having to see any kind of doctor/specialist, but my experience here was excellent! The staff were very helpful and polite, and the doctor was amazing. I don't give out 5 stars that easily, but this place definitely deserves it!

Great place to visit for your next eye exam or a shiny new pair of glasses. We had a great time during ours.Dr Sascha was thorough in the check up and explained the prescription to us in detail. The owner is an industry veteran and her tips were super helpful. Prabh is very knowledgeable and was a delight to deal with. She and the rest of the staff professionally (and patiently) guided us in the selection of lenses and frames. In the end, we found the perfect pair of glasses for my wife and I. And, thanks to Saira’s fine adjustments, the fit was spot on too.Well done Specsavers South Surrey. You nailed it!

Dr was very tentative, caring, and I'm impressed with all the equipments to look in my eyes. They were not pushy with purchase, but gave me the break down of all the options. I really liked my old frame and they were not reluctant when I mentioned I'd like to reuse it. I'm heading back to use my old frame for new prescription and will update on the quality.

Ofcourse I had to write a review! This place is amazing. The optician , I forgot her name, Lianne and SashaVerdi were all so professional and nice. I walked in telling them I am suffering from severe anxiety and they were so patient with me. Sasha Verdi was so thorough and answered all my questions and even though one of my eye needs immediate treatment, she made me feel so relaxed that I didnt even panic or felt anxious at all.Highly recommend this place !

Our family been seeing Dr Verdi and she's awesome, very thorough and knowledgeable. Our daughter had so much fun choosing her 2 pair of glasses from their kids selection. The staff was helpful and kind. The glasses are great quality and affordable, most importantly our daughter loves them. Would definitely come back and recommend to others
