Apologies as I’ve taken a few months to review. I’ve used them before and usually they are great however the last time was in for hail damage repair. Estimate was 5k but by the time the repair was done it turned it to be over 9k? I realize SGI was paying for it however this seemed way off to me. The repair left a scratch on my hood (just minor but still bothered me) but I didn’t bother to report it as it’s hard to prove they did it and I didn’t want to make a huge deal of it. I do enjoy that they clean your car and such but in all reality not a great experience the last time I was there.

They worked on my old SUV and when it was returned to me, it was done right and after it was cleaned inside and out it looked younger than it was. Highly recommend them. I don't have the vehicle anymore but I would have no problem taking my new vehicle back to them, let's just hope I never need them.

Had 2 vehicles fixed up here. Services staff was great. Had a small issue the second repair, they brought me in as soon as possible and not only washed the vehicle, they detailed it. Small things like this go a long way in my books. I was impressed they washed the exterior, but was very surprised to see the inside all nice and clean.

I went here to get my truck repaired after it was in a collision. I take very good care of my truck (2018 f150) and thought I could trust this business to work on it. Turns out no I cannot, I was not happy at all after I got my truck back. It was almost like they used apprentices to experiment on my truck. When I got it back the paint was all scratched, had marring all over it, solvent pops, and very bad orange peel. The items they have replaced on my truck were not installed properly and had big gaps in between. I talked to the manager PJ Morris and quality control manager Ralph Guenzel and told them I was not happy. The quality control guy was ignorant when I showed them the condition of my paint after they repaired it. He had no clue what I was talking about. They agreed to fix some things and “polish” it. I went to wash my truck after I got it back a second time. After drying my truck I noticed all these new marks now. They were polisher marks from a rotary polisher. My paint looked even worse and I was embarrassed to even drive my truck. I can tell they used polish with lots of fillers in it to hide scratches because once I washed it they all appeared back. I finally had enough and bought my own polishing kit. 800$ later and my own precious time, I taught myself how to polish my own truck and did it all myself. It looked 100 times better. I would not recommend this business if you take pride in your vehicle or are looking for quality work.

Alanna is fantastic and Russ (aechanic)called me when he saw my headlight was broken. They cleaned my car inside and out and I think they rinsed it with a water resistant finish because the water just beads up when I spray windshield. It's a fantastic, pet friendly place and I love it. Would definitely recommend it and I would go there again.

They did a great job of fixing up my car & came back very clean. Recommend them to fix car problems.

Hands down the best bang for your buck, customer service, auto-detailing around. My husband and I have taken our vehicles there and they come out looking brand new!!! PJ and his team have restored our faith good old fashion top notch customer service. Highly, highly recommend!

Had to bring my vehicle in to Universal Collosion Centre and the staff who work the front desk are super friendly and they do a good job with keeping their bookings organized. They were good with reassuring me about my vehicle as I was having anxiety about how long it was in their shop for.

Universal Collision and their staff are fantastic. Super friendly, quality work with guarantee, arranged the rental, and kept me in the loop the whole time. They also returned my vehicle cleaner then it was inside and out. I would give 10 stars if I could. If you are also looking for a great place to get your car detailed this is the place, I take both my vehicles in at least twice a year and it’s like having a new car again each time.
