Can’t say enough about the staff at interactive counselling. They are the most caring and compassionate counsellors I have have ever worked with. Not only are they great with couples counselling but the way they interact with children and make them feel so comfortable is remarkable.Thank you all so much for everything you do and continue to do for not only my family but so many other.

Interactive Counselling is such a great place. After searching for a Counsellor who is the right fit, I finally landed at Interactive Counselling. The compassion I was met with was so comforting, allowing me to open up honestly. I highly recommend Interactive Counselling if you're searching for mental health help.

Interactive Counselling has changed my life. I have been to multiple counselling practices and wanted to give up on searching for the right fit, but came across Interactive Counselling on Facebook. I saw some of Amy's videos and found that I connected with her even before I met her in person. When I went into the office I was nervous, but as soon as I walked in Amy met me and made me feel at home. I listened to her talk to not only her clients but other Counsellors clients and it put me at ease. She is so easy going and casual that I felt comfortable. I am still seeing Amy and am so thankful for her. I highly recommend Amy and Interactive Counselling.

If you're looking for a Counsellor, look for Michaela! She is amazing, supportive, and created such a change in mine and my fiancés world. We had a few consistent problems that kept coming up no matter how hard we tried, and we wanted to have them solved prior to getting married. Not only were they solved with Michaela's assistance, but we were also given tools in communication which will help us in the future. We feel so prepared, strong, and excited for our wedding now.

My partner and I have attended Counselling with Amy both as a couple and as individuals. We weren't sure what to expect in attending counselling, but we knew something had to change, so put in a last ditch try by seeing Amy. It was surprising how something that felt SO big to us, broken down was quite simple. We learned how the way we were raised impacted our relationship with each other. Doing the work on ourselves individually has made couples counselling so much easier. We highly recommend Amy to any person, both individually and as a couple.

If you're scared of going to see a Counsellor because that might look like you're a crazy person, don't be. I was always taught that going to a Counsellor means something is wrong with you mentally until my boyfriend told me I was nuts for thinking that way. I was clearly struggling with my past issues which greatly impacted my relationship so I needed some help to work through it. I started counselling on my own, then my boyfriend went in as well, and it was amazing because we got to see the same person so sometimes we would come in together. It was so helpful that she knew both of our stories, and knew how we each worked. It has helped me heal so much, my relationship has never been better, and I would recommend Interactive Counselling to anyone who was seeking a counsellor.

I originally picked Interactive Counselling because it is located in Glenmore which is just a short walk away from my house. Little did I know that it would be one of the best experiences ever. I went from being anxious on the walk to actually looking forward to going! Even when I worked out of town I just moved my sessions to online so it was super easy! I didn't ever think to do both online and in office sessions, but it added an element of being flexible but also extremely personable. I connected with my Counsellor right away, and was able to dig into my past which shed light on a lot of my current behaviours. I am very hopeful for my future now and with the support of my Counsellor have made a lot of positive and significant changes in my life...

They are beyond supportive, compassionate, and I feel as though they genuinely care. My mental health is stable and I feel confident again, which I have not felt in years. I have been through a messy divorce which has ruined my self esteem, but I have found myself and continue to grow thanks to the help that I have received at Interactive Counselling.

My husband and I are newly weds and wanted professional guidance to help us navigate issues as they arose.We both have never gone this route of talk therapy before, so it was a big leap for us and a lot of money to invest.We chose Monica and started doing couple’s sessions as well as one on one sessions with her.Just as we were beginning to scratch the surface and begin to trust this professional stranger with the inner workings of our world. (7 sessions)We received an email from the office stating that Monica is no longer with the company and we can have one free counselling session to compensate us for the trouble.We wrote an email saying that after the time we had spent thus far to coordinate our schedules to be somewhere during daytime weekday hours as well as the money already spent that we did not feel that one session on the house was of equal compensation.To this, not only did we not have an email back justifying the lack of compensation, we never heard from the office again, even after another attempt to contact them was made.I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but the lack of effort and professionalism in this case i believe was uncalled for and it is the “heads up” that I would wish someone to have given us before we wasted our time and money.April 8/2023- adding this to update on current situation.If communication was attempted from yourself or your office to either my husband or myself and this review can be proven false.I will happily take down the review and would love to discuss what moving past this looks like.

I highly recommend Interactive Counselling for mental health support. Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress or trauma, their Counsellors can help. My experience has been filled with support, compassion and understanding. The knowledge that the Counsellors have is immense. All of the Counsellors know who I am, even the ones who don't see me. Interactive Counselling makes me feel appreciated, supported, and honestly cared for.
