Adam, who works here, is an absolute gem. He is friendly, helpful, and kind. He made shopping for my partner so much easier with his suggestions, and I left with a smile on my face after our interaction.The store is a decent size and has a good selection of casual and business attire for any occasion. Some things are quite pricey, but it’s good quality, so I can justify the spend. The sales are also significant and I found some great deals.Usually I’m an online shopper, but with customer service like Adam’s, I’ll definitely return to this store!

Also friendly and no pishy sales people. The staff is ready and available when you do need help. Great store!

It has been a challenge to find clothes that fit, forever a little embarrassed as stores don't have my size....We walked into Big and Tall on Monday and met Adam. Adam was amazing!!! He made my girlfriend and I feel so welcome, gave honest opinions about colours and cuts that I tried on. It was the best money I have spent in years, I love my shirts, jeans, and this awesome sport coat.Not only will we be back, we will ONLY consult with Adam as he was so professional.Thanks Adam, I love the way I look!!!!

The store used to genuinely be “big and tall”. Now it caters apparently solely to big and slightly above average. There is a huge selection of printed tees of 90’s movies at the expense of the selection of pants, sweaters, and dress clothes they used to hold. I can’t believe their excuse that “supply chain” is causing tall clothes to be off the shelves as they have all variety of clothes for average height clothes and they are all from the same manufacturer. They are simply not ordering tall clothes like they used to.The store simply appears to have moved away from catering to big and tall. If you have an inseam of 40 and over you will not find any pants here. 38s will have a very limited selection. 32 will have the pick of every variety… but that isn’t exactly tall.

Looked around throughout the city to find a suit and sports jacket. We saw Mr Big and Tall as we were driving south on McLeod and turned around to check it out. We are met inside by Adam who helped us find exactly what we wanted. His customer service was fantastic and he went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Will definitely be back.

Jamie is incredible! Makes me feel welcome and comfortable every time I go in. As a bigger person, it’s very difficult and sometimes embarrassing to but clothes. I had an employee at this store not treat me so well before and she picked up on it and took over. Since then I’ve been back multiple times and will keep coming only to see her, and nobody else. She deserves a raise / promotion hands down.

I visited today with a friend and the staff were extremely helpful and made sure to find the best fit and determine what alterations were needed. They even provided very fast home delivery for the shirts that were not in stock at this location. Great selection and pricing to boot.

I 've never posted a bad review before but feel inclined to comment. Not sure who the grey haired man working today was but . . . perhaps I wasn't dressed well enough for him? Hoped to purchase a few sweaters for my Dad's Christmas present today & left empty handed feeling like I'd been spat on & dismissed. The only other people in the store were a nice older couple. Thank heavens for The Bay - they had a decent selection & despite being very busy, the staff there were friendly, attentive & helpful.

Just had an absolutely great experience here getting everything needed for a family wedding. Helpful, friendly, expert service and nice looking clothes.
