Ordered some cabinets this summer. Awesome quality and even better customer service. Great prices. Would definitely recommend.

Last year, we had to renovate our kitchen, and my contractor and my wife designed a kitchen layout that we handed over to Blue Ribbon Millwork. They took our ideas and supplied white Shaker style kitchen cabinets. Everything fit perfectly and easily. And best of all, Blue Ribbon's product was the least expensive of the cabinet makers we visited, but still had expensive" features like easy-close doors and drawers. I ordered kitchen cabinets from this company. I had a designer from elsewhere come in and create a kitchen layout for my space which I brought to blue ribbon to have cabinets made. After sitting down with their sales lady and working out all of the cabinets I needed (I am not a cabinet maker, so I trust their expertise on this) and upon receiving my cabinets I found that I had been oversold 1 cabinet for where my dishwasher was supposed to be. We did not ever discuss not having a dishwasher it was very clearly in my design and our discussion. When I contacted the sales lady to have this cabinet returned, I was told they cannot take it back because it will come out of her pay, and she cannot afford this right now. Upon speaking with the owner, he informed me they would only refund me 50% of what the cabinet cost. Overall, really poor customer service. I have also found my cabinets to be chipping already they've been installed for a week so not overly impressed with the quality either.

The cupboards are excellent quality, great value and choices. They were very good to deal with and very knowledgeable and helpful.

The folks at Blue Ribbon were great to deal with. Communication was thorough and clear, ordering was simple, pick up was easy and friendly. They sent me off with a small batch of touch up paint incase of rough transit. Cabinets are not yet installed but 5 stars for what we've experienced this far!
