It was my first time experiencing racism as the service was so bad that the waiter literally threw the plate of nachos on our table and he talked to us in a very unwelcoming manner it felt really bad after seeing how others were treated compared to us we asked him for water he responded that he will be right on it but we waited and waited until we asked another waitress for it. The nachos were so overdone,almost burnt and half of them were soggy. I swear to god i will never ever go back to such place where i get bad service just because of my skin colour. Moreover the food is so overpriced that only two things, a plate of nachos and a small pizza costed us around 60$.To sum up :*Overpriced*Racist*unwelcoming

We had a wonderful experience here! Our server Sara(h) with the adorable pink heart glasses was so sweet! She was clearly busy and managing a lot but was so nice and calm, and genuine! Scooter... (I think) was also very helpful, funny, and checked up on us. It seemed they were short staffed, and there was a slight wait but not bad at all! Very pleasant atmosphere and great food... we went for breakfast! Delicious!!!!

If you want burnt pizzas than this is the place to go . I never leave bad reviews for any eatery yet I am so disappointed I would like to vent . As seen clearly seen in the picture our pizza was black at the bottom and tasted burnt . I conveyed this concern to the server who responded with this is how we make our pizzas it's our standard . The same thing was told to me by manager that this is how we make our pizzas . At that point I was a bit confused that this pizza is clearly burnt and I took a picture of that . When the manager saw me take a picture he called the chef and to my disbelief the chef said the actual words that this is how we make our pizzas . I saw around and other people were also eating who's pizzas were not black . No one offered a word of apology . The chef asked me what do you want . I told him clearly that I don't have time to wait and get the food remade as we already waited enough for the food and had to leave . I requested that either we get a refund or we get some kind of credit to use at another time . They refused to do that and I left the place very disturbed. I also asked for the owners email that they refused to give .

It was a very busy restaurant. I looked up this place even before we planned our vacation. The girls were extremely busy we did not get our pop refilled. (my husband had to ask the busser to get it refilled) Pizza was really good. I ordered Calzone but unfortunately it was pretty empty inside. Half of the calzone was empty with just cheese or dough only. I usually leave pretty good reviews but sorry, not satisfied with my service nor food.

We got the Cleveland pizza. Loved the meats and veggies . We got the large pizza , seemed more like a medium to me . Delicious .

Pizza of Waterton
We always eat here when we’re in Waterton. The service is always good and the food tastes fresh. The prices are not bad for a national park (you have to expect higher prices at any tourist destination). If you’re looking for something super out of the box and different this is not the place for you but for a quick, simple meal it is perfect. The patio is also very nice and spacious if you can get a table there.

Woooow this place and their pizzas did not disappoint!! It was one of the best pizza I have had that was not home made. Nice and thick and the taste was superb! They really load the toppings and we asked for it be well done, which made the crust nice and crispy! I think we might drive down there again just for the sake of this pizza place! Prices are pretty similar to what you pay in Calgary for a 12 might be a little bit more BUT so worth it! The girls that helped us that night were really nice as well! Clean place too and plenty of room to sit inside and outside. Highly recommend this place!"

Delicious pizza, thick and crunchy dough. The 12” is enough for 3 persons. Lasagna was also good paired with their garlic bread.Outdoor seating was perfect on a sunny day. Our server Myriam was accommodating. Price was a bit high but understandable due to its location inside the park.

Had breakfast and dinner here. Servers were very good. Food tasted good. Time to get dinner was a little long, think kitchen not up to speed in new season. Nice seated area outside.
