Always good ice cream, but after decades in business needs new flavors and Gelato options and also lactose free alternatives

Check your fresh pints before you leave. On two occasions I went in to pick up some fresh tubs of ice cream for my family and was surprised when I got home. THEY DON'T FILL THE TUBS! After they put ice cream in the containers they turn them upside down while you are cashing out. And when you get home and open them, they sink. For $12 a tub and up, at least fill it!

I’ve been purchasing every one of my children’s birthday cakes here for years now and it’s because they make the absolute most beautiful and delicious photo cakes.If you need a beautiful birthday cake I highly recommend coming here! Amazing! For a place being in a little ghetto-ish plaza (lol) everything is really nice about it. My boyfriend and I went there just for a scoop of ice cream, and our visit went better than expected. This location is super clean and nice looking, the person who helped us was great (sweet, kind girl with a hijab), she was very attentive, also gave us some coupons for our next visit (: They also have a great selection of ice cream flavors, they were all looking very fresh, everything clean and organized. I do recommend this location, even though is not in my area, I would still stop by again just for the great service and cleanliness!

Excellent customer service , The cake person helped us to choose the correct ice cream flavour and design .. the cake came out as expected and perfect and it was tasted delicious…. The shop is located in central parkway mall .. and there are enough parking space available ..

Extremely small scoop sizes compared to other locations.EDIT: Thank you for your response! I would appreciate it if you could communicate this to your employees because when I told the person that the scoops were too small, she said that she wouldn't make it bigger!This summer, as a regular customer, I have gone to numerous Baskin Robbins locations, and I've never received such a small quantity/ bad service.Thank you for the free scoop offer, I dont usually go to mississauga, but if I'm in the neighborhood soon, I will definitely give your establishment another chance.
