I went here to have my half blonde/grey hair colored 100% back to my natural dark. Amber did an absolutely fantastic job at colour matching, and making it even all over regardless of the multi colours she was covering! She is also a great conversationalist and made a point to remember things we talked about in previous appointments, months previously. I travel 45 min to come here as this is the best service I've had in a salon. I highly recommend!!

I had been looking for someone in the Westbank area who can do a great pixie cut. Bonus points if they know how to cut wavy/curly hair. Leiloni far exceeded my expectations and really knew how to cut my unruly waves and hand my many cowlicks! Thank you so much for ending my search for the perfect pixie master!!

I was very happy with the service. I walked in and was greeted by a hello from everyone. Made me fee like was one of the family. Tijuana was so professional. Went over my hair with me, and what I liked and didn’t. Was just a wonderful hour with her. Thanks so much Tijuana

I took my 6 year old granddaughter to have her hair done for a gymnastics competition. Not only was the end result gorgeous but she was treated with kindness, thoughtfulness and respect. The best experience at a hair salon I've ever seen.

Little disappointed to be charged for a blow dry after the expense of getting my hair done. I guess it does take time and that time should be compensated but $30 and shouldn’t that just be included as part of the service. I think next time I will just leave with wet hair and blow dry and style my hair at home. But other than that I was very very happy with the service.

I just moved to West Kelowna from Greater Vancouver and was in dire need of a haircut. I came here as it was only a few minute drive from my house and had such high reviews.I walked out blown away by the service.Sabreena gave me the best haircut of my life - and that's coming from someone who used to spend $200+ going to the salon. The atmosphere was relaxed, the prices were very reasonable, and Sabreena was an absolute gem! She was welcoming, fun to talk to, gave me exactly the haircut I was going for, and was super sweet throughout the whole process. I can safely say I am not going anywhere else for my hair needs. I highly recommend Sabreena and Bottega to anyone who is looking for a haircut/colour.

Sabrina did my hair for my step-daughter’s wedding and I was very pleased with the styling. Sabrina listened intently to what I wanted and gave me a classy look that was a perfect fit for the occasion. I have fine, thin, medium short hair and needed some volume yet not too much so the hair sat where it needed to cover the thin spots. I was happy with true result! Thank you Sabrina! She then went on to style my mother-in-law’s hair, who has course and curly hair, and Sabrina was great with both! Yayyy!
