I went in to pick up some Chinese ointment/oil. Good selection, staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked for the item.

Horrible customer service!不吐槽医术 只谈客服流程和经验最近睡眠不是很好 慕名而来 一大早过来排队等待9点拿号1. 拿号的时候 店里老板说11点10分回来2。 11点到店， 老板说前面还有好几个，给我拿个呼叫器等着呼唤就好。 心想还是蛮人性化， 挺好。 顺带问一句 现在几号了， 老板说含糊许久， 并没有明说大约等待的时间。 理解 ， 望闻问切的时间都不3. 到店见老中医， 把脉， 问了两句客户需求。 老中医好像只说广东话， 全程都有边上助理代为进行国语交流。 排列组合了一些能吃的不能吃的，说过敏， 并没有告诉为啥过敏， 日后注意事项是哪些！然后开药方， 开完药方直接递给老板抓药！ 告知我们下周三复诊直接来店里抓药就好！ 然后其他的一句解释都没有！ 并没有问客户要不要抓药， 。 ？？？， 问诊有单独选项$50块， 为啥你知道我第一次来啥都不清楚的情况下，假设我就是来抓药的呢！其二， 望， 望了， 问， 就两句， 切是切了！ 但是作为消费者 我难道不能问问自己的情况？ 开的那一堆药吃的是啥功效 难道不用告知一下？超市买个面包， 各种成分都是写的清清楚楚的吧！三. 老中医， 助理小姐姐， 店里老板翻脸比翻书还快诶。 一听我们不抓药， 立马甩脸色。甚至于反问你不抓药让我们开药方干嘛！ 呃， 客户难道没有自由选择服务的权利？ 难道求医问药只能被迫接受强买强卖？明码标价的$50块诊金有付， 为啥要态度恶劣呢？ 因为我自己有脑求知欲太强 问题太多 没有全码接受你们的捆绑式销售嘛？需要中医的友友们， 三思！

郭医生的医德和水平很好。可惜，店老板让人觉得很冷漠，他让病人早上七点在门口排队等看医生。

真的不敢相信這是名醫的藥舖。我幫我爸一早拿了號，他們叫我12點過去。結果我們去的時後還有人在看。等了快30分鐘以為要輪到我們了，結果醫生要吃飯！不看診。 那我們進來時你早一點跟我們說12：30醫生要吃飯，我們就不用白白等那麽久。 我帶著我爸去逛了一圈回來後，1：30分回去說我們跳號要排隊，我就慢慢等。過了3個人快1個小時還是不叫我們.... 我的天啊醫生的男助手就好像故意整我爸一樣就是不叫我......我真的不管郭醫生是多厲害的名醫，這樣的服務態度我可以很直接黑名單了！這家店真的是高傲！太高傲了！建議各位慕名而來的人，千萬不要去！去了肯定氣的病更重！PS 郭醫生真的是很厲害的醫生，不過他那2個徒弟....唉

专程从多伦多做5小时飞机加3小时开车到温哥华找郭医生求医！医生和其徒弟真的是不简单 初次问诊在等候郭医生的时候其徒弟一碰脉搏就看出在低烧 用耳温计确认一测果真如此！不像西医做那么多乱七八糟检查 直接把病情症状看出来八九不离十！由衷感慨中医的博大精深 也希望这样造福全人类的东西能一直传承下去！提醒之后的各位客人 在按方子喝药的同时一定要严格遵守忌口才会好得快哦

This five star rating is ONLY for Master Kuo Min Tien (Kwok Ming Tin in Cantonese) at Zaburo Holding Ltd. I was treated by Master Kuo in October to November of 2017, three visits, for a cough (that eventually also had post-nasal drip) that did not go away for over two months, which originally began in August of 2017. At the time I did not know the cause but later found out it was from a damaged mucous membrane in the nose/throat (which also had symptoms of regular nose bleeds). Master Kuo’s herbal medicines and strict diet regimen helped my body to rebalance itself, and helped my nose bleeds to subside. Eventually I stopped coughing so much when I realized what was causing my cough (it was food/drink related, I had to stop eating certain things, as well as stop using strong mouthwash). On one of my visits to Master Kuo, an apprentice of some sorts helped with assessing my ailments. I would have to say the apprentice’s assessments were WAY off (he said my symptoms were caused by MENOPAUSE about to happen, but I was nowhere near that phase of my life). So the lesson is... MASTER KUO is an excellent Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalist. If you can still find him working, he is the one to see.

郭天明医生水平非常高。世代行医。其伯父是民国时候的南方四大名医之一。药材也都好质量。

Took many years to find a truly excellent TCM doctor. I found Dr. Kuo in 1999 and have been with him since. Dr. Kuo has accurately diagnosed and cured all sickness, his herbal medications are reasonably priced, and he does not write long lists of medication that have to be consumed over a long period of time. He is sincere, caring, and listens well. I recommend him to anyone seeking a TCM doctor and will continue to do so when needed

Kuo Tien Min is good but his female student is useless. And you must follow his strict diet regimen otherwise don't seek his help as he told me. We went to see Kuo Tien Min but now he is semi retired so Salina (the student ) is in charge of the prescription and Master Kuo just sat there. She wrote two prescriptions (in 2 weeks ) but the herbs did not help at all .So the third week , finally Master Kuo looked after my son this time and he was getting better after a week. We went back on the forth week , unfortunately Master Kuo is out of town till Nov 24 so Salina was seeing my son again . I told her Master Kuo's prescription is good but my son was not completely recovered from 4 months of allergic cough. So she copied 90% of Master Kuo's prescription and changed a bit her own way. That's fine , my son was still coughing but at least he was not going backward. The 5Th week we went back, this time she changed the prescription a lot (similiar as useless 1st and 2nd of her prescription) that my son had more of his chronic cough again at night . Took him an hour to fall to sleep . I'm not going back to her definitely . When Master Kuo was out of town, the whole clinic was so quiet and you can tell why by now.
