Expert Nails & Spa

I love this place, the process to secure an appointment is so easy and quick. The salon is bright, airy and allows plenty of space between each stations. They also have a faucet at every station as well as hooks to hang personal belongings, which is very thoughtful and convenient! Not too many salons master the dip powder technique, but at Expert Nails staff is top tier! I love when Andy does my nails, he's super meticulous, focused and gets me exactly what I want every single time!Side note, I went to the salon on a busy day of January and a lady made an untasteful and uncalled for comment about a category of people. Right away, the other gentleman who works at the salon did not hesitate for a second to stop her and warn her to be careful with her words. I truly value and admire this kind of behaviour in a place of business, where staff ensure to keep a positive and welcoming environment for all, without making exceptions for entitlement. Kudos to you, Expert Nails and Spa!

This is by far THE BEST nail salon I've ever been to. Extremely friendly, professional, passionate, talented and accommodating team.Reasonable prices and they have high standards so you can rest assured they provide a high quality of service.They are genuinely wonderful people. I always look forward to my appointment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Would give zero stars if I could. Not only did the nail polish not cover the edges sufficiently, they also damaged my cuticles. As you can see, the skin is clearly irritated. Wouldn’t come here again…

UPDATE:I caled the salon and booked another appointment, but couldn't make it. I appreciate the effort to make the situation right.-----------I have been a regular at this salon for the past year. I have tried gel manicure, and dip powder; they were very good. I even tried their regular manicure, and it was always good. It would stay in a good shape for few days, if I take care of my nails. This time, I was very disappointed, the nail polish was old, dry and think. I stayed for 15 minutes at the salon after I'm done. I walked for 20 minutes to reach my place, in the chilly weather to let my nails even dry further. I went home didnt really do any hard work, just took a small nap, then an hour later I see one of the fingers is completely ruined:(. The others are fine. I payed 65+ tips. I'm not sure if Ill go there again. If i do, I will bring my own nail polish with me.

My favourite nail place in Montreal. I've never had the same tech and they are all great. Price is reasonable too. Love it!
