Wow just Wow simply amazing! I found the Louvre via their great Instagram stories. And after a tour I am simply amazed at the outstanding amentias, and at how kind and knowledgeable the staff is. My favorite part by far however the Parade. You do truly feel like you are the Louvre in Paris!

Super convenient both for getting to the airport on the 747 bus, and for catching the LRT downtown. Otherwise a really quiet neighbourhood with very little to do.

The art display was magnificent. It was great that both artists were there. We had a good interaction with the artist as she explained the process of the creation.

From an current resident: here is our experience so far:This is the place to be if you do not need sleep or rest. This is the loudest building I have ever been in. The maintenance staff here (keep in mind it’s a brand new building) start work at 6 am some days blasting their leaf blowers in the winter time. They run bigger machinery along with this all around the building ensuring no one can sleep.Monthly, all residents are threatened with eviction if we do or do not do something. If you’re one who sticks to yourself and has never seen you landlords then get ready to have your landlord all in your business weekly. We have a running joke going asking each other if we’ve been threatened with eviction this week. The heating system here is from 80’s. It’s super cold in your living room areas and hot in the bedroom but they’re only one temperature control. We are not allowed to open windows in our suites or we get evicted. Think about that. You are not guaranteed parking, although, you pay for it.The administration and management do not listen to resident concerns or questions. They have a full time staff at the front of the building, but they do not provide any help to current residents. They were very eager when we were signing our lease but non existent after.I urge anyone to dig a little deeper into what this place claims to offer and what you’re actually getting. It’s nice on the surface but underneath… To each their own, though.

Tammy and Sarah provided exceptional customer service.I was originally greeted by Tammy who gave me a full tour of this building, I was blown away by all of the activities. While Tammy was away from work she had Sarah reach out to me to make sure I was well taken care of. It's refreshing to find such great customer service these days, and when you do, these stars deserve recognition. Five star experience!

These apartments are in a somewhat quiet but great location given the proximity to Century Park LRT Station and community amenities (grocery store, restaurants, gym, access to the 747 bus to the airport, etc.). I checked them out during their “Art in the Parkade” event, and you can tell the owners put a lot of thoughtful touches into designing the building in order to give it a safe, welcoming, and home-y vibe. The staff especially Christyne are friendly and genuinely care about the wider community in addition to their tenants—not something you can easily find in choosing a place to live! Definitely an apartment complex worth checking out.

Tammy was amazing at showing me all the units that were available and answering any questions that I had. For the price of the unit, the extra perks that come with living in this building is well worth the price. I have never seen such a beautiful building with all the artwork, golf stimulator, library, kitchen, eating area, gym, storage area and the underground parking is absolutely breathtaking.. the pictures don't actually do it justice you'll have to make an appointment to see for yourself!!!!

I can't express enough how grateful we are for Tammy Cooper's assistance in helping us find a place to rent. She was incredibly informative, supportive, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Tammy's expertise and dedication made the search stress-free, and her personalized approach ensured we found the perfect rental. We truly appreciated her guidance and highly recommend Tammy to anyone in need of a reliable and attentive professional for their rental needs.

Based on my experience, living here was the worst mistake. The moment you sign the lease, you will be disrespected and treated so poorly despite the amount of money you pay for rent. If you want to get out of the lease, that's a whole new story. They took $3000 from me that was supposed to be the lease break penalty fee but I found someone to take over the lease the day after I e-transferred the amount. They said once he signs the form, they will return my $3000. Instead, they made him sign a new lease and kept my money. Still waiting for my money after a year... The building might be nice cuz it's new but oh my, the management is so horrible and unethical.

Over all my experience has been very positive and satisfying.I moved in the building last year and love the big ceiling-to-floor windows in the living room and bedroom. Bright and open with lots of sunshine. I picked this building because of its proximity to shopping, medical services, eating, and transportation-everything is within walking distance. Residents living here are of all ages and from diverse backgrounds. The amenities inside the building are amazing. I love the library, the kitchen & lounge, and the courtyard. I make use of the gym too.Yoga and exercise are also offered for a fee.The leasing staff Tammy and Emily is very friendly and helpful, they take their time to show the suites and answer questions. Christyne, our social and events coordinator is exceptional. As you get into the elevator, you can see the weekly program posted. She makes sure there are ample activities available for residents. To name a few: movie nights, 'swap items day', financial literacy workshop, Paint night, 'Chinese new year celebration', 'Shamrock' & 'Easter egg' QR code hunt', with free domino pizza for winners,' Spring get together & Eid celebration', 'Summer BBQ', 'Fall get together & Halloween', 'Winter get together & Christmas'.Property Management has changed since I moved, the new property management team: Anita. Jackie, DD, and the new receptionist (sorry can't remember your name, there have been a few since I moved) are more friendly and are trying to make services better and more efficient.Cleaning people are always working hard to keep the hallways and entrances clean. All external windows were washed before Winter, and parkade was washed a couple of times since I moved.Because of all the excellent services and amenities offered, and proximity to businesses and services, the rent is a little higher than other average rental suites. However, a couple of things need attention:1. the intercom on the East Side entrance is not operational since I moved in July 2022. This is the entrance closest to my apartment. Being a senior, it is very inconvenient for me to go down every time I have to let family and friends in.2. the microwave and cabinets are a little higher for me, especially since the microwave is a safety hazard. I was told, it cannot be lowered because it was built in, and have to find another alternative.3. should restrict to small pets. I can't imagine how large animals (dogs- size of a sheep) are accommodated in small spaces.4. Better security measures are needed because of the proximity of the LRT station, transients are in the vicinity of the building and have snuck into the building. I feel a little uneasy to drive into the parkade, especially at night, because of the transients and young adults loitering in the vicinity of the building. This issue probably can be handled in partnership with ETS and building security.it will be a perfect living space to 'Age in Place' if some of the issues mentioned are addressed.
