My new dentist and hygienist were so lovely and made the experience overall positive for me. It was my first time at the office and I will definitely be coming back.Ellen, at the front desk, was so warm and welcoming, making such a great first impression on me. She also was the one to help me book my appointment over the phone.My hygienist, Siya, made me feel welcome and I had a great rapport with her. I spent the most time with her. She was so attentive and did a thorough job, which I greatly appreciate in a hygienist. Also, seeing her enjoy what she does, and her friendly interaction with everyone there, I highly recommend Siya and actually look forward to the next appointment.My dentist, Dr. Lam, was highly professional and helpful. I was very happy he was able to accommodate me for my NG impression on the same day.Thank you to the amazing team at Vancouver Dental for your exceptional service.

I don't know much about Dentists in Vancouver, but I know as much as that Vancouver Dental provides high-end services and communication.The environment is nice and welcoming. The Receptionists look very professional, they are very helpful, knowledgeable, communicative, respectful and very welcoming.In addition to that, Dr. Josh is outstanding and very skilled at his job and is very communicative before, during and after procedures, which gave me a sense of trust in his expertise.One thing I know for sure is that Vancouver Dental will be my dental go to choice, even if it means travelling a bit of a distance to get there. Thanks to everyone at Vancouver Dental.

I completely trust that I am in good hands and receive excellent service. The entire staff are professional yet personable, friendly, and courteous. My hygienist Sandhu is great. I actually enjoy and look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. The very welcoming and positive environment is felt from the moment I enter the office. I have been going to this dentist for at least 2 years now. I can truly say they are one of the most kind and helpful dentist office I've ever been to. Their hygienists always so welcoming to me despite my anxiety and gag reflexes, they always make the effort to accommodate me. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to talk to. I have a slew of mental health problems I am working through making it definitely not easy to schedule an appointment with me over phone and they still treat me with empathy and try to help me pursue dental hygiene.I just got my top wisdom teeth out today and it left me wondering why I hadn't left a review sooner! I believe my dentist was Amy Kim and it went so much better than I could have imagined. While I did have a bit of a panic attack when undergoing the freezing needles, Amy and the hygienist with her were so patient and worked to talk me down from my anxiety. She established a form of communication with me that greatly improved my anxiety, providing insight into every step she was taking and why. If you're anxious about procedures like I am, this level of patience and communication gave me so much comfort. I felt like I was in safe hands.I have recommended Vancouver Dental before at Victoria & 54th to my roommate who also appreciated the service.

I went to clean my teeth. The environment here is amazing. Everyone of them are super nice!!! The lovely lady Ellen who helped me at the front desk, she did an amazing job. Siya cleaned my teeth. She is very gentle and always cares how I feel during the whole process. She did an amazing job. And thanks for Dr Lam, he is very very professional. And I am surprise that he can speak really good mandarin!☺️ five star experience for sure!

It's our first time here together with my son, and the service was really great.The staff will assist you all the way up to booking your next appointment. The dentist are skilled and they know how to get along with kids to ease their nervousness. Overall, it was an awesome service. I highly recommend this dental clinic .

Great service with friendly staff. They take time to explain what they'll perform and make sure you are comfortable before they begin. The clinic was clean and very well organized. Brazel at the front took very good care of us and we highly recommend this clinic!

Service here is spectacular. First time here I was introduced to their whole staff and given a tour of the dentistry. I was also shown their sanitization room and told how often things are cleaned.Office staff are very friendly and explained everything in great detail as well as sent email and text reminders for appointments.Doctors are great. Well spoken, with excellent bed side manner.I was happy to come across this office when I was looking for a new dentist, and can confidently say, more dentist need to take notes. Highly recommend coming to this dental clinic. All staff are awesome and friendly :)

I have been going to this dental office for almost a year. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I was warmly greeted and welcoming.I was appreciated with the treatment of their hygienists. Thank you for the incredible works by Dr. Lam who did the crowns and implants for me.Also thanks a lot to Miss Ada, the receptionist, she was amazing, helpful the process of my insurance coverage.I have highly recommended this office to everyone.
