Dr.Grace and Boris was very helpful and welcoming! I had to make my glasses in hurry because I recently lost my glasses and they were very understanding about it. Highly highly recommended!

This is a fantastic place to get your glasses fixed/lenses replaced. Boris is very helpful and knowledgeable, making it really clear what my options were, and turn around time was quick to boot. I haven’t gotten my eyes tested here and can’t speak to that, but I regret not getting my last new pair of glasses here as they have a great selection and very reasonable prices.

An excellent place for eye examination and glasses! Me and my wife bought glasses and I had had my eye examination as well. My wife is a student of Simon Fraser University, and the receptionist gave us all information about the insurance coverage. He is very friendly, informative and supportive. Truly like their services!

I had a fantastic experience at the West Point Grey optometry. I had my eye exam yesterday, and Dr. Ng is very nice, knowledgable and helpful. She explains to you exactly what she's going to do before sherries anything, which makes it much better and less terrifying. The optician, Boris, is super friendly, helpful and nice. I was especially thankful for his honest opinions and care. He remembers the little details of my wish, and tries to help in every way that he can. What really impressed me was how quickly he made my new glasses. I was in for my eye exam yesterday, and I picked out a new frame for my glasses. This afternoon my new glasses were ready for pick up. When picking up, Boris was careful to check and adjust the new glasses to fit me comfortably. Truly amazing service and customer care. I've been purchasing my contact lenses here for years and a patient of Dr. Ng's. Recently, however, I bought a pair of prescription glasses from Clearly. The price was competitive, but the lenses were poorly fit into the frames, so I returned them. Not only did Boris do a way better job fitting the lenses, he also took the time to explain the different technology, and sat with me to ensure the frame was a good fit. This is craftsmanship and a personal touch that the online dealers can't beat.

They wouldn't pass me an exam unless I wear a mask. Even tough we now know mask don't do anything, solid science backing it up. And masks are no longer required anywhere. Untreated mental illness can last an entire lifetime, maybe it's time you guys get this checked by a psychiatrist.

My husband, daughters and myself have been customers of Point Grey Eyecare for 20 years. Even though we live across the city, I remain a loyal customer! Boris and Dr. Grace take care of our all our vision needs and health and a pleasure to deal with. Boris is an experienced, honest professional, willing to share his expertise. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend that place. Went for an eye exam, to change prescription lenses and sun glasses and couldn’t have ask for more. Great service and very fair price. Will go back again for future needs.
